Target Air Systems did a great job sizing and installing a complete HVAC system in my 100 year old house with all new super efficient equipment and all new ductwork. Crew was professional and pleasant to have at the house. Work was done timely and everything was left neat with little mess for such a large job! Thanks again to Warren and the crew !

The folks at Target completely exceeded my expectations! My tenant’s heating system failed in January and the Target team completed the removal of the old system and installation of the new one before she even got home from work that day! Communication was excellent. Warren Chris and Joe were total professionals through the whole process from quote to install to job clean up. I highly recommend Target for install and maintenance of heating and cooling systems! T.D.

I was referred to Target Air through a friend, and so glad I was! My A/C went out, and Target Air was thoroughly professional and timely in getting it repaired. They explained their pricing and the timeline for the part, and didn't try to pressure me into getting anything I didn't want. It's clear they value their customers, and their customers' time. I'm almost looking forward to me next HVAC crisis! Thank you to the whole team who worked so hard!
Target Air installed a Daikin mini split in our back addition. There’s a lot of windows so they explained why they used a slightly larger capacity unit. On the first 90 degree day it performed perfectly! We were very happy with the whole experience.

We used Target Air for a few years and were initially content with their services. Recently, however, both the service performed and customer service is terrible. Do not use this company. After coming to my home for a routine maintenance check of all systems, they REFUSED to provide service to us because we were asking questions about their very confusing estimates - for example they wanted to charge us money on fixing something on a brand new unit which didn't make sense. Basically they want you to blindly give them money for something that they "recommend" needs to be fixed but isn't actually broken, and won't accept if you decide complete a few items and not all. The service person who came to our house actually promised to break out the estimates clearly (necessary vs. recommendations) and then complained when I asked for it a week later and also complained when we had questions. Their customer service rep emailed me (and cc'd the service provider which is BEYOND unprofessional) that the questions I was asking were "unprofessional and would lead to an unsafe environment". I asked to speak to management (both in an email and via phone call) before posting this review, and did not hear back from anyone.
I want to thank the company and Chris especially for coming out ON A SUNDAY to repair my failed system. Pricing was even less than the two other quotes I received. Chris was on time and really professional. You made what could have been a nightmare a very pleasant experience. Cleaned up everything after, looked better than what I had it looking like down there. Thanks.
Our AC stopped working in the middle of a heatwave and despite being very busy, Warren the owner came right over, figured out what the problem was, and fixed it on the spot. They were responsive, professional, and did a great job and we are very appreciative!
I only use Target Air for my business and home HVAC - they are the best! Chris helped my business A/C get up and running fast on the hottest day of the year and he helped out a few friends too with their AC issues - super knowledgeable, fast, and fair. The only HVAC people to use! I needed some help with another unit at my business - Target Air came right out and got the heat up and running - they are awesome!

Warren and team saved my bacon. While all other HVAC companies quoted me 2 weeks to fix my AC system Warren was able to save me and send one of his techs named Chris to help me out. They fixed the issue and really helped me out of a jam. Warren and his team are professional, technical and friendly; I can't say enough good things about my experience. Thanks and I will use Target Air for all of my future HVAC needs!
