Ben arrived within the scheduled window (we got a 45 minute head's up), promptly diagnosed what was wrong with our refrigerator, installed the new part (which he already had available) and even gave us maintenance tips to avoid future repairs. He was very professional and friendly. Would use again.
Ben was fantastic. He diagnosed a somewhat strange issue with our sub zero fridge, put a short term fix in on the spot, and gave us good options for long term repair. Prices were fair and communication was excellent (including communication on when he’d arrive. Strong recommend.
Max arrived within expected time frame and worked diligently to find out the problem with my Sub Zero refrigerator door. He ultimately found the issue and took corrective action. In addition he cleaned the rubber trim and the condenser coil as well. We were most pleased and the price was fair.

The repairman replaced the spring mechanism in our Wolf range. He also replaced the refrigerator and freezer gaskets on our Sub-Zero refrigerator. I ordered the gaskets from the official supplier for this area. He did a good job and offered to come back to check the operation of the refrigerator condenser. Labor charges seemed reasonable.
These guys are awesome. They saved my SubZero refrigerator. We have noticed that our fridge’s temperature started to raise up. After a few days it was very warm. Taraz’s tech came to do diagnostic and found out that there was a leak in our fridge compartment and all refrigerant escaped out. We had only two options: to repair our fridge , which is built in custom finished or to buy new for huge sum of money. To get new was not an option because its back ordered and hard to get this size. Plus, to take out old fridge and install new would cost us almost the price of repair. So the choice was obvious: repair. We are so glad we repaired it. These guys came with all Sub-Zero original parts and installed new parts for whole complete new sealed system. They were professional, wearing masks and gloves. Explaining every step they did. We are so happy to get back our fridge and it works like a new now. Highly recommend Taraz Appliance Repair
