Tarango Air is a lifesaver. Highly recommend. They sent out a technician who was here within 30 minutes. Andres was quick, responsive, professional and knowledgable. He explained everything that was wrong in detail and answered all our questions. This family owned company truly does care for the community and people. Thank you Tarango Air!!
Very happy with the service provided. Pete came out and took care of my AC compressor. I’m glad I found Tarango Air they were on time and affordable and responsive every time I reached out. I will definitely be calling them again with any future AC issues.
Get everything in writing & sign contract for work, check the parts they say they are installing & watch them work. They did work for me & damaged my ceiling & walls after water leaked. They didn't own responsibility for their technician moving the overflow switch that I had previously installed by another ac company. The owner instead said the previous ac tech installed it wrong but guess what? I never had a leak until Tarango Air's tech moved the switch which had NOTHING to do with the work I hired them to do! I never authorized them to move it and they didn't ask my permission. At the time this all happened in August '21 the owner Raul said his company would make good on repairs to damages & went back on his word to make repairs. I was also charged for a grill that holds filter & for installing it when I never received it. I was invoiced just yesterday and I tried to reach out to Raul Tarango about the charges & damage & he had the audacity to threaten to place a lein on my home. As a consumer we have rights to question billing and I reached out to him to give him an opportunity to do the right thing but he became angry with me. I take exception to being threatened, being charged for items & services not rendered & being billed for them & especially for causing damages to my home that I worked very hard for many years to have. Greed & itresponsibility had turned its ugly head with Tarango Air. Do yourself a favor, go to the Better Business Bureau and research a contractor or company you plan to hire and pay lots of money to do work for you. Tarango Air is NOT BBB Accredited. I plan to file a complaint with them & take them to small claims court if I need to. Consumers have rights not to be bullied & taken advantage of. I have photos & text messages to back up my experience. Take heed to this review. It's the God to honest truth. Professional, honest, and timely company. We had another company tell us there was a different issue and that it was going to be an expensive job and take a few days. Called Tarango for a second opinion and they fixed it same day and it ended up being an easy, inexpensive fix. Honest and reliable.
My a/c went out two days ago so my husband called Geottl a/c and let me tell y’all. They wanted to charge me $500 dollars for a capacitor to start plus the service call and any other things they found wrong. I had previously used Tarango air years back and it was less than $200 for him to fix it. I called him around 6pm and he squeezed me in late around 9pm and fixed it. The person who came was Raul. Very hard working and professional. I won’t ever use anyone else. If u need your a/c serviced please call them. They are a very honest company and very affordable.

Awesome customer service. I called in the middle of a hot day and the owner sent someone out the same day! Not only did they find the issue right away, but it was inexpensive. Seriously, call them if you need HVAC assistance!

Same day service, Raul arrived, promptly diagnosed the problem and made the repair in less than an hour. He carefully explained the issue and made recommendations to avoid problems in the future.
