Extremely satisfied with the service. We called Dennis because our AC unit quit cooling half the house! He arrived exactly when he said he would, quickly assessed the problem, and fixed it without a hitch. He didn't try to upsell us, even when we asked if we should buy replacement parts/items. Couldn't be happier to have found such a knowledgeable, honest, reliable repairman. We'll use his services again if the need arises.
I called Tapp Mechanical at 8:30 on Saturday night Memorial Day weekend, air was out, Dennis called me back at 8:45, came out at 9am Sunday morning. He did not give up on my problem, got me up and running. I am now a loyal customer and highly recommend Tapp to everyone! If, like me, you feel a little intimidated finding a fair and economical Ac guy, Dennis is your guy!

TAPP absolutely offers the best customer service! My husband was out of town for the weekend and the hvac fan motor died during 90 degree heat...on a Sunday. I called several HVAC repair individuals & none of them answered or responded - eventually I found Tapp on google and called - Dennis came out right away, diagnosed the problem and from then kept in touch through out the day while he searched for the part. He ended up driving all the way to Charlotte, NC and back during a bad storm and replaced the part. I doubt you will find better customer service! Will definitely use TAPP mechanical again in the future!
Dennis is the best!! He answers phone calls and texts right away and is always on time! He even made it to our house in less than 5 minuets after calling him when our AC was not working. I would recommend him 1,000 times!!
