If you're looking for a HVAC company that understands the ins/outs of HVAC Technology and the needs of the homeowner there is a company you should contact...TAPAR LLC. Seth came over the next day and took care of my problem. When I picked up the wrong part, Seth quickly recognized the problem and had the new part and problem solved the next day. There are many HVAC companies to choose from....my recommendation is choose TAPAR LLC
Seth did a fantastic job on installing our heater in the shop as well as replacing our house a/c unit. He answered our questions and was very meticulous about both projects. Highly recommend Tapar LLC.

Tapar LLC arrived and replaced the a. c. unit and installed my thermostat[and help me set it up]. Also I can't thank them enough for thier kindness towards my pets.
Seth was great and Michelle too! Very helpful and explained how to work my new system and everything was set, programmed and ready to go! We had a lot of work done and I was impressed on each part! Definitely don't see to many companies with this kind of care and ethics with their work and business these days. For sure will have TAPAR service my home in the future.

Want your heating and air-conditioning needs done right and affordable the first time? You call this guy! Seth is very reasonable, professional and reliable. He did a great job on my new a/c replacement and took a burden off my chest. Im very pleased with the entire project and warranties he provided. Seth did a fantastic job at the Cobblestone Hotel in Pulaski! Our fridge in the kitchen needed the fan replaced and Seth was super quick and very knowledgeable. He was professional and wore a mask during all of his time in the building. Thank you Seth!
Seth provides fast and reliable feedback. My furnace stopped working and he was quick to answer the call and assist in fixing the problem. Furnace was up and running in no time! The wife appreciates the house no longer being cold ha. He is both knowledgeable and personable. I will be going through him for any future HVAC needs to include installing central air for summer.

We had Seth come out to inspect & clean both our furnaces. He is professional, very knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. Seth also immediately fixed some issues he found with the furnace which was awesome! We look forward to using them again for an AC unit and to clean our vents. I run the maintenance department at the NEW Zoo and adventure park in Suamico and have used Seth and his team at Tapar for over 7 years and I have always been able to count on them for professional and affordable services. I would never consider any other HVAC contractors. Trust this man as he is an honest man with much integrity. He has saved us thousands of dollars every year.
From the time I contacted tapar last week to the time of install has been absolutely seemless communication from Michelle in the office to youn coming over to inspect my furnace to seth installing it has been stress free and an absolute pleasure fast clean install fair price and upgraded my furnace to a more H/E system amazing will definitely be using these guys again

Seth came out to due maintenance on my furnace before the winter, and was straight forward about its condition and had pictures of everything. decided to go ahead and have a new furnace and A/C installed. cant say enough about the guy, friendly, knowledgeable, really cares about his customers, and true to his word. he even upgraded my unit to the Rudd from the Goodman I was originally quoted on because of part constraints that would have pushed my install out another 3 weeks free of charge. Seth will be the only guy I call for HVAC and A/C maintenance going forward.
First, Seth came out for an estimate on a new furnace. He is professional, very knowledgeable and most importantly honest about the needs of your job. The install was today and went well. It is obvious he takes pride in his profession and his work. I highly recommend. Will return myself for A/C in the future.
