Dustin was on time (and it was the day after Christmas), fixed the problem at a reasonable rate, and is genuinely a nice human being. Will call again and highly recommend!
The 2nd floor of our split level ranch has always been about 10 degrees colder than the rest of the house. After calling the place with our service contract & getting the brush off we called Talley's. Dustin came out to the house, looked over the system and was able to figure out how to improve the airflow. By the end of the day the temperature on that 2nd floor was up to the same as the rest of the house. I appreciate that he took the time to listen & really look at it & solve our heating problem.
It was a real pleasure having Talley's heating and Air do our annual service on our HVAC system. They are very knowledgeable and did a detailed an thorough review of our entire system. Some companies have great pride in their work and I could see right away that Talley's is one of them. Furthermore, we are a household that does not wear shoes indoors and it was refreshing not having to ask. Would highly recommend Talley's to anyone and would do business with them again.
