We had two units installed. Service over the years always included broken pumps. I am loyal the owner was a nice guy. Never took responsibility. Confirmed by outside tech. Lines crimped. Employees change often no accountability. I’d happily work with someone who takes responsibility. Not this guy. Also, his pricing changes with what he thinks you can pay. Stay away. Work was suboptimal. Did not insulate condensation lines above a bathroom causing a leak. Accepted no responsibility.
Taino is the best! Knowledgeable experts, very professional and nice people. They diagnosed and fixed our malfunctioning mini-split units in just a couple of hours, while the installer came out four times and could not fix the issue. Would recommend them highly!!!
