The dryer vent cleaning service was efficient and well done. The service tech, Tate, was knowledgeable, courteous, and explained the procedures effectively. The price was as quoted and quite reasonable for the service. We would use their service again!

I called because we literally had thermostat set to 72, yet it showed only 69. Bumped the heat up to 74 and nothing happened even after more than 1/2 hr -1HR. I reached out and they not only responded to my concerns but sent people out promptly to investigate and fix the issue. Always friendly and professional. I strongly recommend this business to anyone!!

Hats off to T&W for their honesty! Another company stop by to check the furnace and said to have this and that need to be service. T&W stop by and said it was unnecessarily to need any service from previous company recommended which would cost about $1000 for basic service. T&W also gave me a discount for the route and time fee, professional and honesty!!
Was referred to this company by various individuals. Unfortunately my experience as a potential first time customer was not a good one. I had my appointment for an A/C and furnace tune up as well as a duct cleaning rescheduled twice only to be ultimately canceled by the owner. The rep (Tracy) was actually incredibly nice and apologetic but unfortunately we wish we would have gone with another company from the get go since most had specials with and a/c and furnace tune up for $100. More or less incredibly disappointed that we waited for them to cancel our appointment last minute due to an inconvenience to the owner. 👎🏼👎🏼
Our upstairs wasn’t cooling down or getting any airflow. I reached out on a Saturday and Tracy was able to fit us into the schedule for the upcoming week. Wayne was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain what the issue was. He took a look at the whole system and gave us a fair quote for a new updated furnace. He also made sure the temperature upstairs cooled before leaving so we weren’t left in the heat. We had a different company come look at it before however they were only interested in selling us their latest products rather than finding a solution to our problem. Tracy and Wayne have excellent customer service and care about their clients I highly recommend them!
Very helpful guys. Knowledge about Amana and Bryant A/C and furnace equipment and has the experience to back it up. I've had 3 different companies and these guys are the best and local to Fountain.
What an awesome team , Tracy and Wayne, excellent customer service and trustworthy. Our heating system was replaced at a fair price and done in a timely matter. Try this company first, by far the best.

I am so thankful and impressed with T&W. I called after having 2 frustrating encounters regarding my furnace with another company. Tracy took my call on a Saturday and was so warm and helpful. She set me up with an appointment for that Monday and assured me they would get my issues taken care of. Monday came and the tech, Jack, arrived on time. We went over everything I had been told by the previous company. After inspecting my furnace, he found that nothing I had been told previously was true, and spent time explaining everything I didn’t understand. I cannot stress how thorough and attentive this company is. If you are looking for a second, or third opinion, this is the company for you. Better yet, skip everyone else and call T&W FIRST! They have earned my business 10 times over. I look forward to having them come out to help me maintain my furnace and a/c for years to come. Thank you T&W!

Tracy immediately assured me that I’d be taken care of. She addressed my concerns and sent someone out the next day. From the moment I called, I was met with great customer service. Wayne's a great guy and really knows his stuff. Super quality work at an awesome price. I called during the middle of a heat wave this past summer and he got me scheduled and installed in about a week. I would use him again and recommend him to everyone.

100% recommend this company. (I'm horrible with names). The owner and technicians were absolutely awesome. They installed a new central AC for us and were exceptionally affordable. They didn't rush to get out after the job was complete. They took the time to explain everything to us for proper operation and made sure that the equipment was doing its job like it's supposed to. Great, great company. Highly recommend.
