Mr. Tom has been to our twice since I have been there he is on time very polite and very honest. Answer any question you may have and explains everything he has done and explains the bill rather you want or or not to insure you do understand your charges it is very help if you keep records he even has labor chargers and part price all on the bill for you to see everything. He also ensures everything is working properly and at a very good temp before keaving.

Tom and his crew were thorough, professional, and courteous when replacing and installing our heat pump that he himself installed 19 years ago. We wouldn't think about using anyone else.
Very pleased with my service. Tom is a very nice man who was able to clearly tell me my issue and get to work promptly. He walked me through the issues and what was needed to be fixed. We have used Tom for the past two years. He is very business like, always on time and very honest. He takes the time to answer any questions we may have. Our system is 16 years old and still working beautifully. We have had two minor repairs done by Tom which has helped prolong our system. We use him for annual check ups and maintenance. We used him the first time based on referrals by people we know. He came highly recommended and has lived up to it. Highly recommended. Honest, straightforward and business like.
Tom was amazing! I called to check on times and he was able to get me in the same day. Just needed a quick "health" check since my AC had been leaking a lot and my thermostat kept turning off. Cleaned up the AC, educated me on a number of things and I'm now writing this comment in a nice cool house while my thermostat shows me exactly what it's doing. No need to look anywhere else at all! Very nice guy kids where outside playing was interacting with them teaching them about the ac equipment put the refrigerant on a scale in front of me to show me. best ac service i have ever had by far!! Would never use anyone else again
I highly recommend TNT Heating and cooling for your AC needs. I found Tom roughly 5 years ago now and recently experienced a heating emergency and Tom worked me into his busy schedule that same day and replaced the motor I needed. He is profession, courteous and above all fair priced. He has never once tried to upsell me parts or service.
Tom and TNT were great. I called at 8am and he showed up by 10am and had my A/C fixed within an hour. Tom showed me the parts he was replacing and explained the whole process. I highly recommend!
TNT Heating and Cooling has been the go to for any HVAC issues we have had since we bought our current home back in 2003. Tom has always been there to render repairs and/or maintenance. I can remember when I was having an issue years ago and I picked up the phone to call Tom. He told me that he couldn't come right over as he was in the Bahamas at present but he proceeded to tell me what to do to see if this solved the problem. He said he'd call me back in a few minutes to check in with me. Now, who does this? TNT stands head and shoulders above the rest and has my highest recommendations.

Top notch service! I called and he solved. Tom came out, what I was describing would not duplicate while he was here. But his 25 year experience was enough. He figured out the problem. Fixed it. Did some general maintenance that was needed. Educated me in the process. When something around your house breaks and you know you have to call someone to fix it. He is the type of person that you want to show up.
