T and M Mechanical were awesome! They were able to squeeze us in last minute when our furnace wouldn't run after coming from out of town. The tech quickly found a bad thermostat wire and repaired it. He also gave us great tips for keeping our old furnace running. This is why we always call T and M Mechanical, for over 15 years now they have helped us. They are honest and affordable and have the best customer service.
My heat wasn’t working properly. I did some research and found great reviews for T&M. Tommy contacted me promptly and had Kenny to my house within hours. Kenny was professional and kind. He diagnosed and fixed my heat timely…and cost was extremely reasonable. M&T has gained a new customer!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services.
Our heating system went down late last night. We gave T&M Mechanical a call this morning, left a voicemail, and they called back five minutes later. Someone came by and fixed our heating system right away. We highly recommend T&M Mechanical for their services.

My gas heater quit on us during a storm. I called t and m mechanical and left a voicemail. They called me back immediately. They were ready to squeeze me into their schedule that day even though I live all the way out in suffolk. However they also said they could come out the next morning which worked better fore. The repairman Dave showed up on time and got the heater back up and running in a couple hours. They were very polite and knowledgeable. Hopefully I won't need to, but if I do, I will definitely use them again.

I was in the process of selling my home, but needed to repair the insulation around my duct work in order to complete our contract. I had over six companies come to provide estimates, which ranged from $2,500-$8,000. Most of the companies pushed replacing my duct work, eventhough there was nothing wrong with it! We were getting down to settlement time and truly in a bind. The contractor I did chose to go with called my realtor the day before he was supposed to do the work and cancelled. This was the most stressful experience I have ever had selling a house. I now knew I would be paying tons of money to sell my home. Then someone recommended T&M Mechanical. I will always believe they were answered prayers! Tommy arrived, completed the inspection, estimated it to be under $1,000 and a few hours of work. The job was done within a day, before and after pictures provided for us and buyers and the work Tommy did was beautiful! My crawl space looked like it got a makeover! He was efficient, professional, affordable and most of all HONEST! Even speaking with Paula on the phone to set a date and make a payment was such a calm and reassuring experience. I cannot say enough nice things about this company. They are the kind of people that are hard to find these days. Thank you for all you've done for us T&M!!!!

This is my 2nd year that I have contacted Tommy of T & M Mechanical for an emergency service. Both times, the heat outside was in the upper 90s. The 1st time it was 4th of July. Both times, he answered my call and came out shortly after. His responses were expedient and work was excellent. He came to me as a recommendation last year. Now, I have my own set of experiences to highly recommend this company to others.
T&M has taken care of installing new systems in both our home and my mother's home (now a rental) since 2007. They respond immediately for emergency calls and are always on time for maintenance appointments. We are very happy with our partnership with them and would highly recommend them for residential or commercial install and maintenance.

The a/c died overnight. I called Tommy at 07:10am and he had a crew at the house by 10:30am. Dave and Tommy's son quickly found and fixed the problem. Tommy and his staff are all honest, reliable and affordable! I have dealt with many of the big name HVAC companies over the years and T&M are the best!
Our Ac System just stopped working. It is the day before the 4th of July. It was 100 outside ad 86 in the house and they came and we had immediate relief. Thank goodness for them. The process was fast and painless.

Tommy (everyone at T & M, really) is fast, smart, and honest. I've had a couple issues with a VERY old heating/AC system, and he keeps me going until I can afford to have it replaced. You better believe he's the one I'll call when that time comes. Thanks, Tommy and Jenna, for saving me once again!
