This company was referred to me by a contractor who came to fix my HVAC but failed. Fortunately, this company succeeded and was very glad to find out about them for future business.

They were able to get someone out just two days after I called in what I imagine is a very busy time for AC maintenance. Jason and the other tech with him were extremely fast, friendly, and effective. The service was quick and well priced. Will definitely be using them from now on!
My experience with T Gomes has been 5 star. First call was for a leak of which there was no leak !Second call was for no heat. Extremely responsive on time fair pricing. I’m going to have them install a new gas boiler. I’m very confident they will do a great job and be available should I need them! I highly recommend them. Our tech Jason was excellent!
I really can’t say enough nice things about this company. I was having issues with my heating units and they went above and beyond to try and rectify the problems. They care about their customer, not just their bottom line
I called T. Gomes after searching for days to have someone come out and diagnose why my heating system wasn't working properly. Chris and Jay showed up early,they diagnosed and fixed my problem in less than a hour. I was previously ripped off by another company, so to get the awesome service I received from T. I'm not one that like to write negative review of a company. My central ac unit had a small leaks so i call for a service to have it inspected. Tech came said the p-trap was loose he reattach it. Couple of days after I came back home I noticed the p-trap gurgling water and air coming out i call them back sent pictures and explain what's going on and that i was worried there could be a clog pipe or something else. He said the tech should of check the drain line for clogs well he didn't and whoever was on the phone say just put a cap on on pvc pipe to stop the gurgling water coming out. Now I'm thinking it has always been open why do I need to seal it now? What happen if I just ruin the unit. Been 5 days my family without ac very frustrating and disappointing now looking around for another company to service the unit right and not steal my money with a 5 minute job.

I have been counting on Tony (TGomes) for all my HVAC needs for over 5 years and the service he provides is second to none. He recently conducted a routine maintenance on 2 of my boilers, and replaced the vent to my tank-less water heater (That was installed incorrectly by a previous contractor). His rate was extremely competitive and I was very pleased with the end result. From the feedback he provides to the white glove service, I would highly recommend him, you wont be disappointed!

Was contacted by company after requesting a quote originally set up time for a few days later for service, but was then quickly contacted that he was already booked for that day and Tuesday was his next available, there was no set time 5pm roles around I text back to see if he is coming and he had scheduling issues again and blaming me for not contacting him earlier in the day.

I contacted Tony Gomes early in the morning on May 19th after noticing that my central air unit was not working properly (it powers on but does not blow cold air). Jason arrived promptly that same morning, however seemed to have difficulty diagnosing the issue. Two hours later he stated he had found the unit leaking out of the condenser and that the entire unit will need to be replaced. He was on his cell phone the entire time with who I presume was Tony Gomes. He then proceeded to charge $225 and said that "if I decided to go with Tony Gomes to install the new a/c unit, a portion of the $225 would go towards the cost of installation." I told Jason I was interested in having the unit replaced ASAP, as hot weather was on the way. He left saying only that Tony Gomes would reach out to me with an estimate. Two days had passed and I hadn't heard from Tony, so I reached out via text to inquire how much the estimate was and what next steps would be. He replied that he needed to check with his supplier and he would get back to me. As of today (May 29th), Tony Gomes still hasn't gotten back to me with an estimate and it appears that he has no interest in doing the job. Earlier this week, I contacted another HVAC company to come out and take a look at my central air unit. The HVAC Tech diagnosed the leak in 10 minutes and didn't charge for the initial diagnostic service, which reinforces the fact that Tony Gomes screwed me out of $225. Also, I was provided with three estimates on potential replacement units that were sent to my e-mail in the matter of 20 minutes. Case in point: I'm not one to come online and write a lengthy negative review of a company. However, given his deceptive style of conducting business and my horrible experience with him and his 'company', it was worth sharing.

Tony and his staff are some of the best in the business. Very professional and Tony clearly cares a great deal for his business. Both Tony & his staff are hard workers who will do the job on time and do it the right way. Couldn't be more happy with the service they've provided.
