We hired Sweet's Heating & Cooling last year to replace the HVAC on our house in Greenwood, and then again to do some tricky custom ductwork for a basement bathroom addition. When the new heater went out one Friday night recently, Rick went over on Saturday and took care of it right away. It seemed to be bad batteries or something unclear, but he got it working and didn't even charge for the visit! It went out again the next week, so he went again; this time, there was finally an indication that the circuit board had a defect. He replaced the board and even took extra time to clean out the furnace, and said it was all under warranty, so again no charge, even for the extra work. Rick is always easy to communicate with, helpful, prompt, reliable, reasonable, and does excellent work. The only thing I wish is that he did plumbing, electrical, roofing, painting, renovation, handyman tasks, gardening, automotive repair, babysitting, exorcisms, and marriage counseling! Thank you, Rick!
Excellent!!! I have purchased 3 furnaces and 2 AC units from. He does excellent work. I have been working with him for over 15 years. His went in areas of my crawl space that other people turned their nose up at. I recommend him to my clients. Several of my friends use him. He works with older people and people on social security or people that need heat and just don't have all the money. He is not a crook or a dishonest businessman. Whoever is writing false reviews trying to destroy his business should just STOP--it will eventually backfire on you--Karma is alive and well.

Sweet's did a great job replacing my heat exchanger. They were efficient, reasonable, and cleaned up after the job. I will call them next time...thanks!
My furnace was just not keeping up with the cold and they were able to come out same day to take a look. They provided a great price on the replacement of my furnace. Would highly recommend!
My AC stopped working last night, ugh, I reached out to many people and even friends and family I know in the business. I decided to go with Sweet’s to have them come out and diagnose what was going on. I though I would have to replace the entire AC unit. Nathan was the associate who educated me on what was happening and I watched the entire process. After 25 minutes of diagnostics I just had to replace the starter. It’s an older air conditioner and he could have persuaded me to spend 3k+ to replace. Instead he cleaned my filters and educated me about the importance of this and replaced my starter which was the culprit of the problem. I have AC NOW and know I got a great deal. I would highly recommend Sweet’s H&C To anyone!

Awesome from start to finish. I wanted to upgrade my existing systems that were aging and the quote I received from Rick was 25% lower than two other quotes. Rick didn't try to upsell me. In fact, I had my mind set on a particular model from my own research and he advised me to go with a slightly lower option because it would be more than enough to support my home. That lowered my cost even further. His team arrived 15 minutes early on the agreed time/date of the installation. His team worked efficiently and were very respectful and professional. They prepped the work area to ensure the carpets were protected and made sure to clean up thoroughly. Rick stayed onsite the majority of the morning to ensure everything went as planned and then followed up to make sure the job was complete. Great job!!

I'm a landlord with a small portfolio of rental properties. My usual heating contractor passed away and I have been looking for a good, honest, dependable replacement. Needing a new furnace, I called, Rick came. His bid was the lowest of three I received. Before approving the contract I did some online research on his company and the furnace he installs. Reviews are good with the occasional dissatisfied customer. That didn't dissuade me, you can't please everyone. Rick and his employee showed up early on the day of installation. By 12 noon they were done. Quick, clean and professional installation. They hauled off the old furnace and left the basement clean. I'm happy with Sweets and will be calling them for service work on my other properties.
Sweet electric showed up quicker than the other conpanies I called and was exactly half the price. Replaced inside coil in 90 minutes. Had called howald(ugh), they charged $80 to show up and $230 to diagnose for leak($310). Rick sweet would have done both for $40. Total to fix with howald would have been $1,400. Rick sweet did for $770 & 2 days sooner. Use Sweet. Great experience. Jeff olbina
