Recently my AC went out and I was in a huge panic, like any other person in society that like to be cool and comfortable in 80 degree weather, but lucky for me, it didn't take long for me to get back to my happy place. Tyler, the owner of the company, graciously came out in record breaking time to get me squared away. Not only is his timeliness impeccable, but his customer service and attention to detail was as well. If I could give 6 stars I would. Thank you Swamp Rabbit Heating & Air for the amazing service!
No one ever wants something to go wrong with their HVAC unit. However, dealing with Tyler was surprisingly pleasant. He took my call, and was at my house within 2 hours. He was efficient, thorough, and diagnosed the problem in a timely manner. Upon completing the repairs, he never upsold me on items or services that were unnecessary. I will be using Swamp Rabbit Heating and Air for all of my HVAC needs going forward.

Tyler is an HVAC savant. He has done an amazing job at increasing the energy efficiency of our old unit. He did absolutely the most he could to fit our budget and we are so grateful. 100% recommended this company.
I spoke to Tyler who was attentive and responsive. He and his colleague arrived on the day, at the time confirmed, gave me the details clearly and concisely, repaired everything quickly and even called back checking on how it was working days later. They were on the higher side, however they met my needs and I was extremely appreciative. I would recommend them.

We are so thankful for their quick response and ability to repair our AC unit on one of the hottest days of this year! We called this morning and Tyler responded immediately with his availability, which was 24hrs out, however, even though the “business day” is done, he came out anyway bc he was aware that the temperature was unbearable for our family to endure overnight. This is the second time we have used Swamp Rabbit Heating and Air, and we will never use anyone else! Top Notch!

Swamp Rabbit is the best! Tyler came through for us when our HVAC system had to be replaced in 90+ degree weather. From the time we contacted him until the entire unit was replaced was less than a week! No high pressure (like all other estimates we received) just a very professional, hard-working gentleman who knows what he's doing and does it very well. I highly recommend Tyler and Swamp Rabbit.
I cannot recommend this business enough. So professional and personable! Tyler explained everything, was prompt, and dog his best to keep our super old unit working-when that wasn’t possible he made an excellent recommendation for a new unit and got it installed quickly. I have nothing but good things to say and we will definitely continue to call him for all future repairs and purchases.
