Eric is the bomb! Home rather warm upon waking on Saturday morning; called Eric and he was there within the hour. Explained the problem and made the repair and we were up and running. Highly recommend!

Eric and team are knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to have in my home. Highly recommend this company but also worried that he’s so good. Previous company was good until growth diminished their quality. I don’t see Eric as someone who would let that happen; you’re only as good as your employees. Thank you Eric. Had them for an emergency issue in 2022, they came same day to fix issue Signed up for annual maintenance plan and they came today for first visit. Tech was on time and very courteous and explained what he was doing. Highly recommend

We were a new customer and called at 9 PM when our AC was down. They answered promptly and I spoke to Eric, the owner. He asked a few questions, and he actually diagnosed it on the phone as a clogged line for clearing the condensate water. He offered to come out immediately or early in the morning. We took the morning appointment and he arrived promptly at 6:30am and had the system up and running quickly and provided full maintenance to the unit. Very courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Signed up for ongoing preventive maintenance with him. We would give 6 stars if I could.
