Do not allow these people to put a heat pump in. First the one they put in at my house is too small. Second it took over 10 hours. Then they tore it up. I had another heat company fix it. 3rd they broke a breaker and didn’t tell me which could have caused a fire. I had to have an electrician come to fix that. Whatever you do call anyone else! And if I could give these people a 0 I would!
Tyler and his crew advised me on the best, most efficient and modern system for my house and got it up and running in no time! Great company... highly recommended :)
I have needed help on several occasions, at this point, and have had all kinds of different HVAC issues over a period of a few years. These guys are the best company I have ever used and now they are the only company I will use. They are ON IT! They are responsive and professional. Their pricing is more than fair, and if you’re into it, they also use refrigerants etc that are better for our Earth. Can’t speak highly enough about my experiences with Sustainable Air!
Tyler Healy and his team are top-notch professionals. They installed a Bosch 20-SEER heat pump and new thermostat for me in 2020. They also installed an ERV. Among the seven quotes I got, they were among the lowest for the quality and efficiency of the equipment offered. I appreciate their commitment to sustainability and efficient HVAC equipment and options - so important as we face climate change. I am also a member of their maintenance program and it's great and very thorough. I recommend them to all my friends and neighbors!
These guys are great ! We have three HVAC units for our meditation center, one of which was giving us problems. We also had a retreat coming up fast, and so timing was very important to us. Sustainable Air got Daniel out to us in just a matter of days, and he was excellent -- personally and professionally. He explained what needed to be explained, and was patient, and through throughout. We couldn't have been more pleased ! We also signed up for their VIP service package, and are looking forward to establishing a long-term relationship with them.
We have worked with Tyler Healy and the new Sustainable Air company for several years. Their work, which has included both installing and maintaining several heating and AC units, has consistently been outstanding. Highly recommended.
