Winter came, our furnace died, not a shocker. My landlord and I shopped around. We actually tried several heating-repair/instillation companies, got several quotes, were completely ignored by one with no callback, then Dominic from Sure-Temp came in, company number three. I had heard from the others that I would need to wait a week minimum. He diagnosed the problem immediately, and the NEXT DAY had a brand new, high-efficiency heating system installed and the old one gone. Never mind the winter storm we're having, it didn't slow Dominic down. Professional, efficient, AFFORDABLE. Seriously everyone, save time, these guys are the real deal.
The boys did an A1 job installing the new Amana a/c system. Cleaned everything up and it's been working like a charm.thanks guys😃
Had a routine maintenance appointment today with Steve Vangor. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with, gave me a 30-min “heads-up” that he was on the way, and performed routine maintenance without recommending any unnecessary services. This is my second experience with SureTemp in the last year, and I can’t say enough about how dependable, experienced, and honest a company that they are for your HVAC needs. You won’t be disappointed!
This was my first experience with Sure-Temp and I was very happy with the service. When I called I had to leave a message and my call was returned within 15 minutes. I was kept up to date by one of the owners, and when the technician arrived they were polite, efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.
Central air unit stopped working and it figures our temperatures were in the 90's.Called John and he said he could have someone come take a look by afternoon.They showed up at noon and Dominick took a look and found that a rodent had chewed the capacitor wire outside and inside the home.He was professional and on point.I'll be using this company again for sure.Thank you Dominick!!!
I had my hot water heater go out and I called John. He was was great and responded to my call on a Saturday evening really quick. Next morning he was out doing an assessment and I had a new tank installed by Dom in a very short time, he even fixed my kitchen tap because he's just a decent guy. Thanks guys, appreciate your great work!
John & his crew are a very professional group. They do not try to oversell, and were very careful and thorough. Of the contractors contacted, I selected Sure-Temp based on their responsiveness and reasonable pricing.
My elderly mother's furnace went on the fritz this am and we called Sure-Temp for assistance. Dominic was here practically before we hung up the phone. His skills are superior, as is his character and demeanor. Sure-Temp Heating and Air conditioning is the real deal.
We had a split unit installed in my garage/man cave, which works and cools wonderfully. Nothing but the consummate professional from estimate, to date of install to completion of install. This company has integrity, is honest with its customers and is a straight-up, No BS company. As a further testament to their professionalism, our Central AC was having issues (they did not install it). I called for a service call for it, and within 2 hours, they arrived to diagnose and rectify the issue. This company is highly recommended!!!
They put my system in several years ago but never finished the job and refused to return my phone calls! I never forget!

These guy’s are the Best! Very Professional and fair prices. Quality equipment is installed perfectly. Great Service as well. I was working in Boston last winter and my father in law had a problem with his furnace. I left a message with his info and within 24 hours he was 100% taken care of. Everyone I’ve referred to them has been thankful and Completely Satisfied.
A/C was installed at least 2 mths ago, husband was told just call us when it's in the 70s & we'll come back to finish up. So far the guy has done nothing but dodge our calls, tells us he's so busy and can't even give us a time when he's able to finish up.

My furnace died in the middle of the night the week everything was closed due to record low temps and wind chills. My regular plumber/heat man didn’t call me back for a day. My fallback guy was closed, as it was the middle of the night. I found Sure-Temp online, liked the reviews, and called. The machine said, “Leave a message and I will call you back within 20 minutes.” I did. And…..he did!!! He was swamped but could get to me by 8am and….he did! Said he could get the 47 yr .old furnace up and running and…he did! I was so impressed with the work ethic of this father/son tag team, I asked if they could come back sometime to replace this furnace……they could!!!! And ‘sometime’ was only 4 days later. John and Dominic of Sure-Temp are so reliable, so knowledgeable and take outstanding pride in their work performance …and rightfully so! You gotta love that! When is the last time you could say that about someone you hired? I had put off replacing this furnace because I had so many fears about who? and how? and what? And now… do I have any fears or concerns? … I don’t!!! Problem finally solved. Plus, we’re never too cold waiting for the heat to kick in; or, too hot as it blasts in only to start the temperature decline. We’re always at the same “sure temp.” No pun intended! Plus a 2019 energy efficient furnace gets you a $500 cash rebate, which John filled out, plus included all necessary documents. Can anybody say “work ethics?” I know Sure-Temp sure can!
Sure- Temp put a furnace in my house last week,they did a great job. It works great. They put drop cloths down from the front door to the basement. Very neat and respectful of my house. I would recommend them to anybody.
Had a furnace and air conditioner installed by Sure-Temp this summer. Very professional and knowledgeable installers. The price was very reasonable too. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.
