He diagnosed our air conditioning problem within minutes, replaced the failed part quickly from inventory on his truck, and had our system running perfectly with minutes. This man Matthew Glickman was so rude and condescending. He refused to go check my condenser outside. He refused to check the wiring and everything but yet demanded $75 and said he doesn’t know what the issue is. I have multiple Sclerosis and can’t get hot plus there is a new born baby in the house and another person with Multiple Sclerosis. He did not care that we didn’t have any air at all. He saw me in my wheelchair and had an attitude with the medical transport driver that was putting down the ramp to take me to my doctor’s appointment. He didn’t offer any type of solution to help us at all. That is not a pleasant or humane technician.
David and SureTemp are the best. Always responsive, show up on time, do great work and the overall customer service is top notch.

Had a regular service on two 16-year-old Trane A/C's. Both were at the end of their respective life and Sure Temp has been taking good care of them. However, it was time to replace them, so I had Sure Temp install two new variable speed Trane units, and they were fast, efficient and professional. Excellent run company. Also, love the new units!
Also have been responsible and curious. Have used them for several years. Would highly recommend. Only sell Trane is only drawback as I would like more options.

About two years ago, we decided to get a new air conditioning system installed, and boy, did we make the right choice with SureTemp Air! Not only did they offer the lowest quote among all the service providers we contacted, but their top-notch service and attention to detail truly blew us away. Let me start by saying that SureTemp Air’s installation process was smooth sailing from start to finish. Their team of experts arrived right on time, fully equipped and ready to rock. With SureTemp Air, we opted for the Trane 14 SEER XR14 Heat Pump 5-ton split system. Let me tell you, this thing is a beast! It keeps our home consistently cool and comfortable, even on scorching hot days. The programmable Thermostat they included has been a game-changer too. We can easily control and customize our cooling preferences, all while saving energy. And hey, who doesn’t love lower utility bills, right? I can’t stress enough how impressed we were with SureTemp Air’s customer service. Right from the get-go, their team was attentive, patient, and answered all our questions without making us feel rushed. They even offered a fantastic 5-year standard labor warranty, which really gave us peace of mind. Plus, their military/senior/first responder discount made the whole deal even sweeter. It’s great to know they appreciate those who serve! When it comes to air conditioning system installations, SureTemp Air is in a league of its own. They delivered exceptional service, unbeatable pricing, and a level of professionalism that’s hard to find. Dave fixed my AC, it was a bad condenser. He was at the house in record time and resolved the problem quickly. Very important since it was blazing hot outside. Excellent service, highly recommended.
Sure Temp replaced my two 15-year-old A/C units in December 2022. In the middle of the installation, Tony and his team discovered an insidious leak in a black ABS pipe in my attic. Apparently the previous installer from another company had accidentally cut the pipe and neglected to repair it or inform me. 2 years after the previous A/C company had installed my old units, I had discovered a patch/stain on the ceiling close to where the unit was located. I called that A/C company and asked about the stain; they always insisted the leak came from my roof. I hired more than one roofer to look at it, but nobody couldn't find anything wrong with my roof. It remained a mystery for 13 years until December 2022. Even though it caused him and his team a lot of trouble, Tony decided to halt the installation. He recommended that I have a plumber repair the pipe right away before he resumed the project. He explained that once the unit is installed, the pipe would be inaccessible, and the leak would continue indefinitely. We are very appreciative and grateful for Tony's integrity and honesty. He could have said nothing, and I never would have known. He and his team really went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. I also want to compliment Chad, who went above and beyond to find us a unit that could work in our tight attic space. We ran into some complications with scheduling, and Chad and the company were very accommodating and understanding. The installation originally had been planned for November 2022. Due to my health issues, we had to reschedule a few times. I came close to cancelling the whole project but ultimately didn't because I really appreciated Sure Temp as a company. I'm glad I chose to move forward with the installation and would highly recommend Sure Temp. They take good care of their customers.
Matthew is great. Sure Temp rocks! Real customer here. They replaced both of my AC units in the last 2 years and I just had a maintenance check up done. I highly recommend Sure Temp.
Sure Temp installed a new Trane system at my home recently and I was blown away by how they conduct business. From top to bottom they were incredibly professional and communicated well throughout the entire process. The work that they performed was efficient and well planned. To Keith the owner, you are doing business the right way. Every employee that I had an encounter with had nothing but the upmost professionalism. Thanks again for the work that you performed. If anyone in the valley asks me for a recommendation for an A/C company I will not hesitate to recommend them to you guys.
