I reached out to Will on a recommendation from a friend, as I needed to have my window AC unit installed for the summer. Will responded right away when I texted, and set up an appointment quickly. Naturally traffic was extra beastly, but Will stayed in contact, updating me on his ETA. He is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I look forward to working him for any of my heating/AC needs in the future! I learned something about air conditioners, how to use them most efficiently, AND where to get the best Southern-style BBQ in Chicago. I would 10/10 recommend him to anyone!!
Will Was so friendly and professional. He cleaned out almost 10 year old window ac unit that had never been cleaned before. It looks brand new! He even used plant based clean products and steam so it felt safe around my pets and child. I highly recommend and will be using yearly from now on!
Will was extremely courteous, professional and quick to set an appointment with. I was extremely relieved to finally find an HVAC company that handled window/wall unit repair & maintenance in the Chicagoland area after so very many turn downs from other big name, highly advertised HVAC companies in the area! He was able to assess and resolve the issue with my wall unit A/C in just over an hour! Fair pricing on the service call and labor. Great communication on eta. Highly, highly recommend!!!
