I recently had the pleasure of hiring Supreme Plumbing to install water heaters in my apartment building located in the Eastbay, and I must say that their service exceeded my expectations in every way. We don’t know which above items above apply, except the problem of an open door was immediately identified as the cause for the furnace not working. According to our receipt, what was done was Residential Diagnostics Analysis and Minor Repairs. We were extremely pleased with the resolution of the heating problem and knowledge that A____ (cannot spell name;we could find it nowhere on receipt or any descriptions of your business) showed regarding the furnace and the water heater. We expect to be in touch soon regarding replacement of our water heater. Please include the names of both of you on your receipts and descriptions of your business. It will help others in choosing you when they see your names along with the fact that you began the business in 2004. We will gladly recommend your services to others! Thank you for your help today!
Removed old galvanized pipes for kitchen sink and replaced them. Both brothers, are easy to work with, are honest and trustworthy, and they do top-notch work. Thanks to you both!

As a home owner I made so many errors in maintaining the heating system that they gave instruction in how to do so I am going to use them from now on knowing I am in great hands.

Not only were the twins professional, knowledgeable, and efficient but they came roughly within a few hours of my call. I contacted another company right before I found them and I still haven't heard from the other company. They were very careful to check with the manual of my unit to make certain their remedies were compliant. Also, I did not want to have another cold night and even though I still needed parts that wouldn't accessable until after the holiday weekend they left me with the best option to be warm while I waited! I couldn't not be happier. Their company and conversation and personable touch was a bonus! Too bad I didn't have any cookies on hand to let them know how much they were appreciated!
The service I experience was a wonderful . Representative was very informative. Gave me alot of suggestion on things to keep my eyes on. Walk me through something about my filters. And letting me know that I will probably need to think about getting a new system soon. I appreciate the quality service that was provided today. I will definitely be using your service again
Efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. Supreme Plumbing and Heating has helped us out several times, most recently with a bathroom sink. Another time they saved us money by pointing out an A/C installation error that was under warranty. Always prompt and responsive.
Our furnace wouldn’t start just as the series of storms was starting. The guys arrived on time and were wonderful to work with. They are still working on it. But I have no doubt they will get the parts and fix it. Highly recommend.

Nice and very knowledgeable about water heater service but they charged 500$ to replace a 35$ item in an hour on Monday the 26th. Not sure how to justify that.
I am so impressed with the timeliness and quality of service. We called several companies to come and replace our heater including Home Depot and no one showed up. Supreme Plumbing and HVAC was johhny on the spot. Great job 👏🏻
The HVAC technician was professional, comprehensive and punctual. After servicing my furnace, he explained what he did and educated me regarding how the system works.
