Supreme Air Services was contracted by my home warranty company to repair my central air system. Tech came out, troubleshoot system and couldn't find the issue. System blowing air out like the fan is on, not cold air. Called warranty company back and explained a/c is still not working properly and that my home was up to 80 degrees inside, so put a window unit in. They said supreme air has to be the one to come back out. I called Francis at supreme air to see when he would come back out. He stated I could " call a major ac repair company, pay their diagnostic fee, tell me what they find and I will repair that' I called Choice Warranty back and requested a new company to come out. They said that it would have to be Supreme Air for the second visit. Supreme Air told me they would be out today, Tuesday the 4th. He told my warranty company the same thing. Spoke with him moments ago and he stated he can't come out until Thursday, the 6th. 2 weeks with a/c not working properly and I'm stuck with this company unless I pay out of pocket. I would highly recommend choosing one of the "major" a/c repair companies in the area.

Francis M was the person that installed my AC system. He was professional friendly and courteous throughout the day. I would highly recommend him personally anytime any day. When i use their service again if he is not ready available I will wait until he is has an opportunity to service my A/c.

When our AC quit on us we found out it was the coil and we lost refrigerant. It was a frighteningly big job for us, but Supreme Air owner Francis was able to do the repair in a few hours. We wanted an AC repair business we felt had good business ethics, professional service and reasonable prices. A few weeks later we learned we had a clog in our metering device due to original lines that had shed a particle and blocked the cool air from moving into the house and froze up the coils. Once again, Francis was very responsive, professional and reasonable and came to the rescue, fixing the problem relieving our fears that refrigerant wasn’t lost and it wasn’t that big of a job. Phew!! Once again we are enjoying the cool air flowing thanks to Francis and Supreme Air! He’s a great and friendly guy too! We hope we don’t need more care any time soon but will use him for maintenance in the future and feel glad we found him to count on!

Francis was always prompt and his communication was excellent. He did a nice job explaining what he was doing and why. He was also lower priced than two other companies we priced and we had a significant repair. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend Supreme Air!

Francis M was the person who took care of our Ac unit needs. Very reliable, attentive and took the time to explain the issues and what needed to be done. He provided the pros and cons on the AC unit. Since the Unit we have has several issue due to the product itself, Francis assured us it can be resolved. The part that need to be replace did take some since the product itself was back ordered, but when it did arrived, Francis came early to our home and installed the copper product and QR’d to make sure all was well. Thank you Francis for all you did. Greatly appreciate you and your company. We will definitely recommend your company to our friends and neighbors.
Responsive and professional
The tech that came to came to fix my AC was very polite and professional. He worked fast and even worked with my home warranty people. He gave great information about the age of my system and what may need to start thinking about.
Very professional and efficient!
My AC unit went out in the middle of a 95° summer day. Francis came out to look at it, then came back out after 9 pm to fix it. On a Sunday! Very thankful for his work ethic. It was 85° inside at that point and there was no way I was going to be able to sleep. But it works now!
