Cham did a great job of diagnosing the problem and getting our A/C up and running!
One of the best companies I have ever used. They are transparent about their prices, answer any questions you have about what’s going on, and do their best to have it taken care of as quickly as possible. My AC stopped working and being summer, there are a lot of places that will upcharge for after hour calls or will take anywhere from a couple days to a few to get you squeezed in. These folks came out the same day, after hours, and did not cost a fortune. Super friendly! 10/10 would use again!
I have used SuperTec for years on multiple units and the service has always been great and the work has always been done correctly.
We just bought our first house back in May. We recently scheduled a furnace tune up with the eco plumbers and was informed that our HVAC was leaking deadly amounts of carbon monoxide and would need totally replaced and cut our heat. We were quoted $12-20k and was in a bind with the cold weather ahead and no heat.. We were then recommended to SuperTec heating & cooling by my boss, the whole process was quick and professional from start to finish while also affordable. Cham Kahari was a pleasure, he replaced our entire HVAC system in one single day! He also answered all of our questions, ensured that we were informed of all of the work he completed and most importantly to us, our heat was on and worked better than ever thanks to him! I would/ will be recommending SuperTec to those I know.
I’ve worked with Supertec Heating and Cooling several times for issues with both my AC and furnace. Cham is quick to respond, answers your questions thoroughly and helps you maintain your unit rather than suggest replacing it. Multiple times he has walked me through troubleshooting to do on my own to save a house call. I would recommend this business to anyone.
SuperTec Heathing & Cooling is amazing. He came the same day and diagnosed and fixed the problem with my A/C very quickly. I thought I was going to need a new outside unit because I know the age of the unit was getting up there but he was able to fix it at a very affordable price. This is not my first time using SuperTec, he has been consistent good and reliable every time. I highly recommend him for all HVAC needs!!!!!

Great service
Cham has been awesome to work with! I was having furnace issues with a system less than a year old. He was able to troubleshoot and let me know it was out of his scope. You don't see that level of honesty every day from contractors.
Cham took the time to walk me through hooking up my smart thermostat over the phone when he could have easily made me pay to come out for a 5 min fix & it was after hours! That’s just good business not just trying to squeeze every penny out of people like most businesses do! I’ll definitely be using them when I need any HVAC work done in the future!
Got out here really quickly when my blower motor gave out. Definitely become my go to guys if I have any more problems with my Furnace/AC unit
Cham is so great! He communicates well and his service is quick and efficient. It’s groat that he only charges a one-time service call fee - many other places take advantage of the repeat customer base but he is about building long-term client relationships and that is definitely one way to do it!
I have used SuperTec heating and cooling on multiple occasions for various reasons. We have had a hot water tank replaced (in one day versus the week(s) that others quoted us). We’ve had the furnace and air conditioner checked when we suspected problems. In every instance, Cham made every effort to get to us on the same day or next day. He and anyone he has ever sent to our home was professional, kind, on time and got the job done quickly. Pricing is extremely fair and reasonable. In addition to all of this, the first thing Cham has done when I’ve called is to try to walk us through a few sel-help steps to see if it’s been a problem we can resolve on our own. I’ve referred Cham whenever I’ve heard someone is having a problem with heating, cooling or hot water tank. He is and will always be my first and only call as I feel I can trust him to tell me Honestly what’s wrong and to not try to sell me something I don’t need. I am so glad that Cham was referred to me - if I could give him 1,000 stars I would do so!
I can't say enough regarding their service, they make you feel like you are their only customer! We had our A/C unit moved and Cham consistently arrived on time, was good natured and even sent a text when he was on the way. Supertec has professional staff with fair prices providing high value service. I'll definitely be using them in the future and you should too!
After being told our only option was to replace our AC at a cost of $6K, we called Cham for a second opinion. He was able to seal our leak and top off our coolant for a fraction of that price, and bought us a few years on our existing unit. I can't say enough about how quick, honest, and responsive he was. We will call SuperTec as our first and only call for any future heating and cooling needs.
Cham is the best HVAC service in Columbus! He is always on time, and doesn’t try and sell anything. He replaces the parts that actually need replaced, and won’t tell you that the entire HVAC system has to be replaced like another company that heavily advertises on TV. Give him a call and get fantastic service! A+++
Mr Kahari was very honest, knowledgeable and even showed me how to do the repairs myself if this problem comes up again. Also a very pleasant person to be around. Highly recommend his services.
Cham to the rescue via text messaging. He walked me through diagnosing the problem due to a power failure for the furnace and Nest thermostat (which he installed as well a month ago)!! He is the BEST RESOURCE and has consistently saved us from replacing our furnace when other companies gave us only the option to completely replace. A rare characteristic in a HVAC person
Complete rip off. He told me it would cost 800 for a new blower motor and capacitor. I called Sears for the parts. Under 200 dollars. I asked him how long to put it in, he said about a half hour. I called around with my furnace model etc and the highest quote I got to replace them was 450. I guess ripping off women is still a thing, like at car repair places? So then, I decided to replace the capacitor myself, which takes 2 minutes and 18 dollars to see if it actually needed a blower motor, furnace is working perfectly now. Think twice before using this guy. Wish I had noticed before I called him that most of his reviews are from 1x reviewers which are usually fake reviews by company owners. Almost an 800 dollar mistake.
