I asked for him to come out to see why the water pressure was low. He said it was the water softener without even using the bypass valves to test. I had to pay another plumber that does water softeners to tell me it was the Pressure Regulator Valve in the front. The new plumber showed me I just needed to swap it out for $80 from home Depot and it would be fixed. I was charged $125 by Supernova Mechanical for a misdiagnosis and he stopped responding to me after I informed him of the correct diagnosis. This is extremely shady and seems like a quick cash grab from me. Do not deal with unethical service people please.
They do overcharge without mentioning it. They suppose to pickup 2 handheld bibet from home depot. They just said the price for each is $95. After I checked Home Depot, I found out that their price are $75 for each. They charge $20 more for each part($40 more). When I asked, they said it is pickup cost. They never mentioned it until I asked myself
