I was extremely pleased with the service. Owner was very transparent with pricing and service. Pricing is very affordable and the workers are very courteous and professional. I highly recommend!
1st 3 companies I contacted , NONE knew much about my system. A chiller! He did , he described my unit and knew the Mgr's name. Came by .... DONE , he even suggested how I could save on my elect. Bill .... A WINNER ! A GRUE PRO.
John and his team of professionals came to our rescue during the peak of an oppressively hot Sofla summer- within 48 hours! Pricing is VERY competitive, John was very responsive, professional and thorough in all aspects of this job. Only regrets are that we lated so long to swap out our entire AC unit! Can't recommend Superkool highly enough!

Very professional and adorable, Superkool fix an air duct that other companies did not won't to touch and saved me a ton of money.
We hired them from a family recommendation. We had our roof redone at the same time, the AC failed inspection because they installed the incorrect stand. They claimed the roofers didn't do the work correctly. If they knew that, why did they go forward with the installation? It was corrected, however it was at additional expenses to us(guess it's our fault the job wasn't done right the first time). Then the unit had several problems, which they fixed. Now a year later, turns out they never replaced the old electrical parts, which should've been changed with the original install. Another AC company is telling us this could've caused a fire! We're without air conditioning again, 4th time in a little more than a year, glad it's early February and not the middle of summer. I've made sure to tell everyone I know not to use this company.
High quality, first rate work and service. I highly recommend this company.
