Everything went smoothly to contacting Superior to have Quality Appliance look at my dryer and referring me to Air Pro that replaced my vent which could have been a potential hazard situation. Everyone was professional and explained everything.
Bid on generator was double my other two bids for the same product and install. Found them via costco. Not a costco value. Also the bid was a week later than promised for a fairly simple replacement of existing generator.
We wanted a water softener and Reverse Osmosis purifier. These guys are partnered with Costco. So they came out for a quote. They did the whole "let me call my manager" bull. Added on soap we didn't want and upgraded our system to wifi but then charged $100 extra. The sales guy was nice enough, personal, and kind. But still had the sales gimicks going on. I then got a quote from culligan. They offered a better system based on usage, with out the dumb soap and it was half the price. We were impressed with Culligans printed prices (no gimmicks) they were kind, knowledgable, and confirmed that he'd be there during install. Any sales rep that works super close to these techs KNOW what they are doing and selling. Culligan was trustworthy, and honest in their dealings. I immediately cancelled with Superior, but low and behold, I got a notice from Costco that I was charged $5990 and my card was declined. No duh! Superior told me that I wouldn't be charged till the day of when they got there, but we also cancelled with them, so why was I charged at all. Since my card wasn't charged and they don't have on record I cancelled, they really can't do anything to fix this. I'm not sure about their honesty, communication, and how they really deal with their clients. I'm over them and hope this review helps someone in the future. Costco needs to find another contractor.
We had them install our water heater and it broke 4 times within the first 6-7 months. It was not a good customer experience at first with them ignoring my requests to call my wife's number. The manager called within a short amount of time after leaving a review to apologize and was very understanding. He got the entire water heater replaced.
Alma McCausland was the ultimate of professional, patient and explaining what he was doing. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the job he did. He replaces both faucets and the hoses to the washing machine, and he even helped me move back the dryer. I would call him for any other pluming job!
They came to do maintenance on my water softener. They disinfected the system, replaced the filters, and pressurized the storage tank. They were quick, friendly, professional, gave me all the details of their findings, and were on their way. Can't ask for more.
Darrin Christianson and Payton installed our central air. This was the first time I’ve ever had a home that didn’t run on an swamp cooler. They both were extremely professional and helpful. The got straight to work and made sure that they were respecting our house. He found an issue with our furnace and was able to clean it and get it to work without us needing to replace the whole thing. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know. Thank you again
I am a bit weary of HVAC companies because they tend to upsell you. We needed our furnace and A/C tuned up, and Jon was at the Home Depot in Ogden and gave us a special price. We scheduled an appointment, and the technician they sent out was Jacob. Jacob was very professional and got to the source of the issue. He took his time, and made sure we understood what was going on. After all was done, the price paid was exactly what they quoted us at. We had a great experience with Jacob, and everyone was professional.
I'm glad most people are having a good experience. I was referred to Superior Water & Air by another company. I wanted to replace my water heater before it started leaking because it's old. The first appointment was to just to get an estimate and it was 4 days out. They wouldn't make an install appointment until after the estimate was done (so I have to take off two days of work). They called me Saturday to confirm the appointment, Monday 5-7pm. I took off work early and drove 60 miles to meet them at my duplex. No show, no call, no message. I guess I'm just one of the lucky few that got lost in the cracks. I called another company today. They are coming out tomorrow (next day service) and are going to do the estimate and the install at the same time. Jason, the general manager, got back to me on Wednesday to find out what had happened, he told me to call if my other appointment falls through. Well it did. I guess the industry is just big on over promise, under deliver. Anyway, I called him back and he fortunately had a plumber who had just finished a job. Roberto came over and did a very professional job installing a new water heater.
Superior Water and air has always give Superior service. The service people are polite and professional, even going above and beyond to be sure I was completely satisfied and the problem was solved to my satisfaction. They have installed an air conditioner, a new furnace. and most recently a water heater. I bought a tankless water heater and they were unable to install it for almost 2 weeks so they installed a temporary water heater so i would have hot water while waiting. The installer found another problem with my water system so he went ahead and fixed it also.
Roberto installed our reverse osmosis system yesterday and did a great job. He was prompt, arrived when he said he was going to, and was very courteous. He also made sure to clean up leaving the house as clean as it was before he started working. Overall we are happy with the work that was done and the way it was done. Thanks!
Had Superior Water and Air replace and install a toilet this time (Last year was a water heater: Amazing job as well). Amazing work. Constant communication, professional install, and the left the workspace super clean. They really bring out the 'Superior' in Superior Water and Air. Thanks so much!
Excellent! Everything was explained to me prior to them beginning, so that I understood the procedure, and my options. They treated me and my household with respect and we're very professional in the work they did. I would recommend them to anyone. I am very satisfied with my new tankless hot water heater.
Awesome job. Sam and Roberto showed up at our home to install a water softener. Great and knowledgeable guys. I had small cramped space to work with and galvanized pipe. These guys were here for hours trying to make this thing work. Dealing with old homes can be a pain. These guys remained positive and got it installed, they even replaced a leaking pipe that was unrelated to my softener install. Can't taste then high enough.
Replacement of my water heater was accomplished by Chris JR. and Mike Flores. They arrived at my house at the designated time and accomplished everything in an expedient manner. Both individuals were very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to answering my questions. I would recommend both of these individuals for any work my friends may need or any work I have done in the future.
Considering all the issues that followed after installing the air conditioning this company came to the rescue every time. These are some of the most knowledgable and professional young men I've had the privilege of dealing with. None of the issues were due to Superior, but to the age of the home. I cannot recommend Superior highly enough. We have air conditioning, new plumbing and all due to employees with the training necessary to get the job done. Thank you Superior Water and Air!
We have had a Superior water softener for 10 years, it's been great. Now that our tank has a hole in it, no one can help us. Our lifetime warranty is not honored and we are without any softener. Pretty frustrated we are going on 1 month trying to get this replaced. Not happy we paid alot for this water softener because of the warranty and now we have nothing but headaches trying to get them to replace our broken water softener.
Mike Parry and Anthony Medina came and installed an A/C unit, water tank, and furnace. They were very friendly during the two days it took to take out my old water tank and furnace and install the new items. Mike made sure I understood how my units worked and I have nothing but nice things to say about both men. Thank you very much.
I had an old Water softener blow and spread all through my home into all of my water lines. Superior Water and Air employees Martin A & Lance C. went above and beyond with service, professionalism and compassion for the situation. My water heater started leaking CO late Thursday night, so we had to shut off our gas and had no hot water! Luckily, Superior Water and Air was able to come out Friday afternoon and install a brand new water heater the same day! We were up and running again in no time, and all up to code and safe. I talked to Dan on the phone, and his was very pleasant and helpful. He was able to quote me an accurate price right over the phone by asking me about my set-up, he knew exactly what would need to be done, including bringing things up to code. I appreciate how knowledgeable he was about the product and price. Dan came to my home directly Friday morning, and took all my payment info and had me sign the installation papers, and later that day, my water heater was installed and ready to go! Mark and Richard were the installers that came out to my home, and they were very clean, efficient, and knowledgeable. They installed the water heater with earthquake straps, and changed my flu from a 3" to a 4" in just a couple of hours. They cleaned up behind themselves, and they were careful not to leak any water on my laminate wood floors, which I appreciate. I had a very good experience with Superior Water and Air. They made the process quick and painless, and I thought their prices were quite reasonable. I called a lot of places for pricing, and they were right on point and competitive with the other places I called.
