Miguel came within 1 hour of me reaching out to him about our AC not blowing cool air. He ran a test, diagnosed the AC and fixed the problem on a Saturday morning. He also came back to my house to recharge my AC after it thawed out quickly and was awesome to work with. Thank you Miguel
These guys are great. Had called a plumbing company to fix my water heater and they gave me the run around so i canceled and called superior star AC and heating, they came over that same day and fixed my water heater within a couple of hours. I strongly recommend Superior star AC and heating. Thank you guys!

I called late in the day for routine AC service. They came out that same day, checked freon, cleaned coils, and inspected the entire system. Impressed with how quickly they respond and the technician was great. They will get my repeat business.

The team installed a new system plus replaced a few ducts. They gave us options and weren't trying to up sell things we didn't need. Highly recommend them. I refer them to friends, family and neighbors in need of repairs

I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr.Miguel, he’s the owner of this business I called him pretty late in the day around 3pm her returned my call literally within seconds of missing my initial call told me he would be there as soon as possible when he gave me a eta he was punctual to it, he showed up diagnosed my problem, fixed it, gave me a fair price, was very professional and also kind showed my kids how to work on the hvac system and even played with them a bit, by far the best and most professional hvac repair man I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with!
Words cannot explain how pleased we are with Miguel and his employees. Friendly, professional and honest. We had an issue with our 13 year old system that we had been doing patch jobs on for a while now. Miguel came out and evaluated and gave us all the options to repair the system. Past HVAC companies immediately went to a sale of a new unit. Not Miguel. He explained patiently what each option would cost, the risks and benefits of each option and NEVER tried to push or up sell us. In the end, we weighed those options and chose on our own to replace the unit. He didnt gouge us on price or try to add additional things either. We paid less for a more energy efficient unit than we did for our old one 13 years ago. He even threw in a couple little extras as well. To speak to his character, even though he as the owner could have done the install himself, he gave it to his guys to install as this is the slow season for them and he wanted to keep them working. He still came out before and after the job to quality check their work and followed up with a phone call a couple days later to insure all was good to go. I dont tend to write many reviews for companies that do what is expected of them. We pay for a service or product and when they deliver, ther eis no reason to say they did what they promised. I wrote this as they went above and beyond and Miguel really takes care of his employees. A rare commodity these days. Miguel, thank you for being one of the good guys. you earned a customer for life.
Miguel and his team are awesome. He lives over an hour away and has driven out multiple times to take care of emergencies as well as completely replacing our old ducts and putting insulation in our attic, all of the highest quality. Miguel is super responsive and very detailed in his work and when he gives you a quote he won't charge a penny more.. He is the ultimate professional. I highly recommend Superior Star, they are very fairly priced and they will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. Feel good in entrusting your AC to Miguel and his staff, they have made me a life long customer!
These guys came over within an hour of my service request, and fixed my a/c in 10 minutes. Just bam. “Ok it’s fixed, here’s a small bill, have a good day ma’am, oh and hey call us for maintenance if you’d like.”

Fast and friendly service! AC stopped working and technician was at my place within 45 min of me letting them know I was home. Quick inspection, diagnosis, and repair of faulty part led to functioning AC for me and my two kids. Would HIGHLY recommend this company to others!
Miguel and his workers are the best, after having a horrible time with my home warrantee company and having both my ac’s go out on me. Miguel and his people came over less than 3 hours after calling them and stayed till they repaired both ac’s in my house. I was ready for it to take a couple of days to repair but nope! I’m a disabled vet and have a special needs child I am so super happy with the results and highly recommend them! I really can’t say enough good things about him or his people! Thank you for saving us Because there were a couple of days I felt like going to the hospital because of the heat in my house from the heat waves! Thanks again!
Miguel was earlier than planned, found the issue and charged a fair price for the services. I will be definitely using Miguel again for A/C repair. Very professional and gets the job done right. Can say enough good stuff about Miguel. Just that if you need A/C help please call him first.
