Michael come to relocate mini split unite in winter so we really couldn't test cool air once the weather got hot we tested the cool air and the system wasn't cooling at all called him many times and texted him also left him massage on Angi list he never respond and now I got anther company to check it and they estimated fix for his work about 1800$ very very unresponsive and bad experience
Absolutely by no means ever use this business. The installed a brand new Mitsubishi minisplit system in our condo less than a year ago and it's already broken. Doesn't cool the house at all. Superior Solutions has ignored multiple calls, emails, and messages on their website, even though the system is still under warranty. All I can assume is they know it will be costly to repair a system they messed up so they're avoiding responsibility. We will have to spend thousands of dollars with another contractor to get the system repaired. We will be looking into legal courses of action.
We had the pleasure of using Mike and team to install five min splits in our home. In short - they were amazing. Clean, courteous and helped to educate us on the product(s). I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of heating and/or cooling services.
They updated ànd installed à new Geothermal unit. They were extremely efficient and very professional. Mike and Kevin were great to deal with ànd they were very punctual. We would highly recommend them.

We had Superior Solutions install the Mitsubishi Mini Split for heating and cooling on both floors of our home last year. The crew arrived on time and completed the installation and clean up. They were courteous and answered our questions, concerns. I was a little skeptical about the heating capability of these units and really didn't care, just wanted AC. Michael the owner told me we would be surprised by the affordable heating capability of these units and advised us to try the system out next cold spell. We have now had a full year of heating and cooling experience and are quite happy with the advice and direction Michael steered us in. Definitely Professionals in their field.
