This whole install was smooth from start to finish. First talked with Cindy the secretary at the office that gave us prices and information on how things are done which was very helpful. They actually installed the unit a day sooner than scheduled which was great!! They removed the old unit and put the new one in and left no mess in the yard. The next day they came out and hooked up the power installed the new control panel inside and it does great!! Me and my wife want to thank Rodney and all that was involved in the installation of our HVAC unit. I highly recommend Superior Residential !!!

Been trying to get my AC replaced for over a month. Can’t even give me an estimated date. I am also a service plan member! Won’t be next year!
We have used Superior for 6 years. Yesterday was a long day for us. We had a small tree fire and then in the evening realized that our heat was not working. I called around 6pm last night. And they called right back! Our service tech came out to take a look to see what was going on. He drove and 45 minutes to get here. And when it couldn't be fixed he made sure my fireplace pilot was lit and it was on before leaving. That is such great service! I was so tired last night that I didn't even think about my fireplace as a source of heat. He called first thing this morning and said he'd be here around noonish to install the new blower. So glad to know that we have such a great source to turn to when we have Heat/AC problems! They are accommodating and dependable!

I can not say enough praises for this amazing company. They go above and beyond and a to please. We have used them for 15 plus years and wouldn't use anyone else. Rodney Byrd has made many after hours visits and keeps smiling thru it all. I would recommend them to anyone. 5 plus star all the way!!!
Superior does great work. We have had annual service contracts with them for years. They contact us when it's time to service the furnace and air conditioning. They come at the scheduled time and do a thorough job. All the staff are courteous and a pleasure to work with.
