They have made our summer in "Hotlana" a whole lot more bearable since our A/C is in tiptop shape! They even installed an option blue light that kills pathogens & mold in the main air output.
I originally thought it would be the right company to help with the repair of my heating system before Christmas but it turned out to be a bad experience. This company was picked by my home warranty to diagnose and repair my heating system! It started well - they sent a tech to do a diagnosis on the same day of my request, Saturday 12/19. Since then I haven’t heard from them, I called multiple times, left tons of messages... no response, no call back ! I get it, it’s Christmas time, they are probably busy and/or on break but it’s very unprofessional to leave customers without any updates ! I was not asking for much - but at least a phone call to let me know that it could not be repaired before Christmas ! But 5 star reviews should have been a red flag !!!!
Very professional and affordable. Means a lot to have AC and a company that wants to make it right. Thanks guys!
Superior HVAC solutions will be most definitely the place I go to from now on for all my HVAC needs. They were completely professional with me, they were punctual in the time they gave me, and they kept me informed step by step what they were doing and how long everything should take. Quick response time which was very appreciated especially with this heat! Very professional work as well.
After moving into my home I had some issues with the AC after a wire had been cut by a yard maintenance tech. The tech was able to resolve my issue quickly and get my system back up and running. The tech was very polite and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated the fact they were willing to resolve the issue over the weekend when our home warranty team stated they would not come out until Monday. Highly recommend Superior!

There are not enough positive things that I can say about Superior... I have used them multiple times for my HVAC needs across multiple properties and I am always satisfied with the experience. They are responsive, professional, cost effective and most importantly they know what they are doing. You cannot go wrong by calling Superior for your HVAC needs!
