Going into the heating season we realized our old oil furnace was broken. Bruce responded to my call right away. The guys came out and removed the old furnace and they installed a central heat pump unit. They prioritized the job because we were without heat and got it all done super fast! I’m writing this review in a 70° living room! Thanks guys can’t thank you enough!

I am not one to leave reviews but found it was necessary to help anyone who is looking for a experienced HVAC Technician. Bruce is a master at his craft. He installed a new central air AC unit in my home. He has also maintained my system and repaired a flame sensor that was failed causing me to loose heat during the winter. He responded as quick as any human could and made it his priority to get heat in my home as fast as possible. Bottom line… Bruce is highly experienced, respects the customer and is incredibly professional. Very reliable and certainly can be trusted. I highly recommend Superior Heating and Air Conditioning, Refrigeration!

Very good company, the owner was professional in our phone call and the service technician that came out to repair my heat was very quick and thorough.
I needed to find a new A/C company to service my home as my tech was retiring after many years of maintaining my 4 systems. After hours of researching companies and calls to a few, (several who never returned a call and one company who simply wanted to sell me a new system(s) without ever coming to look at the issue I was having) I finally found Superior HVAC. I read their reviews and called. Bruce returned my call immediately and was SO pleasant and professional. We discussed the A/C problem and he had 2 of his techs come over the same afternoon. They were friendly, professional and thorough. It was a fairly easy fix and Chris explained what he'd done on the roof including pictures of the work. They are my new company and I'm thrilled to find them!

Our AC unit was not working well and they were SUPER helpful. They even gave me advice over the phone, trying to save me the cost of having them come by. I was very impressed!
Bought a foreclosed property with a dead furnace that was 32 years old and in really poor condition. Someone, obviously not a licensed HVAC person had put multiple air vents into the side of the coil to feed the basement, robbing the unit of efficiency. It was a total mess. I could have thrown good money after bad and just fixed the aging beast but decided the best investment was a new furnace. Took possession late on Friday afternoon and Bruce and crew were there first thing Monday morning and had us up and running that day. His approach to the scope of work and how it should be done was significantly more professional than my other estimate which was more akin to putting bandaids on a hemorrhaging patient. In addition to the new furnace, Bruce recommended a new coil, and to rebuild the plenum for proper airflow distribution and increased efficiency. The price was very competitive despite the greater scope of work. Thanks Bruce!
We were nervous about removing all of our radiators and noisy baseboards when switching to forced hot air but Bruce walked us thru all our options and we couldn’t be happier. His guys were professional and a pleasure to deal with as well. I had Bruce install HVAC system on first floor and a mini split on the second and it’s awesome! The most important aspect for us is the peace and quiet that we now have with forced air (no banging base boards). All the positive reviews are accurate, and I wouldn’t recommend any one else. The most competitive pricing without sacrificing any quality is everything you need. And I think everyone knows that the one negative review from “John Smith” is a bogus fake review or a disgruntled employee , or low life competitor, because i pride myself in being a good judge of character and Bruce and his team are for real, don’t let one fake review stop you from reading all the real ones. I choose Superior just because of reading all the positive reviews and I’m glad I did. I’m leaving as many reviews on my experience as I can so others will have an experience like we did. We couldn’t ask for more. Thanks Bruce! Keep up the good work!
Very honest people. Never have to worry about any surprises when it comes to cost. They found an issue with my furnace, asked me if I wanted to fix it and told me how much it would cost and then they would proceed from there. Highly recommended

Spoke with the owner for quite some time, seemed really honest. Little did I know the work and professionalism from his company was outrageously terrible. I will not be refering business back to them.

Bruce is an extremely knowledgable HVAC person and it is plainly evident when you begin speaking with him. Did a multiple zone mini-split system in my home and couldn't have been done more neatly, professionally and affordable fot the amount of work he did. Amazing! Several zones, work great and he managed the install in 2 days. Very impressed and I wouldn't go with anyone else at this point! Great job guys!
Superior is Superior---They deserve 100 stars!! Bruce and his very professional team are beyond awesome! We have worked with Bruce for years. He is definitely a great guy---he handles any job big or small right away---even at night and on weekends! Bruce just handled two emergencies for us at our office Harelick Dental in Fairhaven and a few months later at our home We needed new furnaces in both locations. Bruce was efficient, fair, very knowledgeable and very personable. We would highly recommend Superior to anyone who wants a real honest professional to handle their air conditioning or heating maintenance or problems!!
