This is one of the worst HVAC companies out there left my grandmother with no he has a service contract and oil leaking all over the place stay clear from this company. They are horrible.

Gentleman who came to clean our furnace was very professional. Woman who answers the phone is so rude, mean and curt we have changed companies just because of her. Smile from within, makes a difference!

Driver cut me off one day & almost caused a serious accident because he wanted to pull out & crawl through the middle of the road in active traffic.

I have a contract with this company and just assumed their oil prices are in line with the rest in the area. Big mistake. I ordered oil and was shocked to find I paid 80 bucks more to fill my tank because they were so much higher than anybody else in the area. I wont be buying any more oil from these thieves.
Complete rip-off. Don’t trust their prices or contracts. They wanted to charge me almost $4 per gallon for propane and lock me into a dozen page contract last year. I got my propane from another company for $1.99 a gallon no strings attached. Don’t get stuck with this company. Shop around on google for local propane and oil dealers. Current price for propane should be around $2 a gallon for 100 gallons or more and around $2.65 a gallon for less than 100 gallon. Try to find a company that advertises their daily rates on their website.
This is going to be a little long but stay with me... We just had triplets, and almost on cue, our furnace quit working. I called several local companies to me and none of them were willing to help because we haven't bought oil from them in the past. Everyone had me over a barrel and I would have paid just about anything to get the heat back on, but no one wanted my business. I give Superior a call and Shelly picked up the phone. I explained my situation to her, made some small talk about my triplets, and after a brief hold Shelly came back and said "I'm getting someone out to you in an hour or two". True to her word the first tech came out (I forget his name) and got the furnace up and running. Fast forward a day or two and the full service call happens. Dean the tech was outstanding. Super respectful my sleeping babies, as well as taking the time to explain some of what was happening with my furnace to me. As far as I'm concerned I'll only be using Superior going forward.
Always had a positive experience with superior fuel
I have been a customer since approximately 2006-2007. They have ALWAYS gone above & beyond for us. DO NOT PLAN ON SWITCHING EVER!
I just called on behalf of my company looking to set up an account for some out of town work we're doing. I called the number on the site. I don't know if it was a personal number or what, but someone just answered "Hello?" rather than "This is Superior Fuel, how can I help you." So I asked, "Is this Superior Fuel?" to make sure this was still a valid number. The man very rudely answered, "You tell me..you called me." I was stunned and figured I had the wrong number. He then said, "Yeah, this is Superior Fuel. You're calling from NY????" So I said, "You know what? Never mind." and hung up. There's no reason to act like that. We have a large fleet and have a few jobs planned in the area over the summer. They will not be getting our business!
If I could put 0 stars, I would! This place is horrible!! They stored my credit card number without my knowledge and charged it without my knowledge or consent!!! Basically they stole my credit card. I did have a late payment due but that does not give them permission to charge my credit card damn near $500 without my okay!!! When I called to ask them why they would go ahead and charge my card without me knowing anything about it (and without me giving permission to keep that information in the first place) they said well you had a payment due so there's nothing we can do about it now. I was infuriated!!! I felt like they had violated my privacy in the worst way. I will never ever even think about that place again after I write this review. DON'T GO HERE FOR FUEL!!! Not only do they mess with your personal information but they screw with you on prices too. It happened to me twice... I call for a delivery, they give me a price, they deliver the fuel and the receipt is always 10-20 cents more per gallon then what they had told me earlier in the day. I then would have to call and tell them that I had been quoted earlier in the day for a different price and both times they told me the same thing, "the driver made a mistake." Yea sure, I wonder how many "mistakes" the drivers make everyday!! Scum bag stuff!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!
