Destin came out today to fix a water leak. He had it repaired in no time! I will recommend him and this company!! 15/10!!!!!
If I could give them negative stars, I certainly would. I was required to use this group through First American Home Warranty (FAHW, a separate review) when my heater went out in December, 2018. Aside from the initial $75 service fee, I was required to pony-up an additional $600 to have the heater, coil and filter door installed. After waiting for the equipment for almost 3 weeks, through no fault of Superior, they installed the equipment right before Christmas. Took them all day but, luckily, a friend was able to house-sit that day. Job done. Heat. Yay. Right? That is, until a Tuesday in April, 2019, when it rained cats and dogs. I heard a dripping in the closet that housed the unit and rain was literally pouring onto the top of the unit. The wood floor of the closet was soaked. I called Superior and was told that I had to call FAHW to do anything about the job, since they contracted with them. After wrangling with FAHW, I was required to pay another $75 service fee to have Superior come out to look at the problem, which was that the area on the roof that connected to the unit had not been properly sealed at the time of installation and was now leaking. FAHW offered a 30-day warranty on the original work and told the service tech that they now considered my issue related to the roof, which was not covered. To Superior’s credit, they sealed the roof flange on their dime, after I made comment about whether or not they warranted their work for longer than 4 months. However, I am now being dunned by FAHW for the $75 service fee that I paid at the time of the service call. This means Superior DID NOT pay FAHW. When I finally got someone at Superior’s number to answer, I was told that they were now out of business. Hmmm…really? This leads me to WHY I’ve written the reviews today. My A/C went out late last week. In speaking with numerous heat and air folks, I was told that both the inside and outside units should probably have been replaced, since the coil was replaced. O
Worse service ever. They damaged my sprinkles trying to fix a leak and did not respond to my multiple calls. Had to spend $600 to get it fixed. Please avoid them
Pedro was our serviceman and he showed respect for our home, expertise in problem solving and completed the task in a timely matter.
I had such a great experience with this company. Nick was so nice and patient. I appreciate their services. I will be using them again.

He assessed the problem right away and took care of it. Left everything in perfect order. I am so pleased I would definitely and highly recommend him and the service to everyone. I'm confused and disappointed. We recently had a fan motor go out on our condenser unit. Through our home warranty we were given Superior to work with. We had a great experience with a contractor who was doing everything he could do to help. He had some previous engagements and would not be our repairman in the near future after our last appointment. During the last appointment with him he had to order a part through our home warranty company and said that his co-workers would be in contact with us to finish the repair in his stead. This man was amazing and was a 10/10 guy. He made your business look good. We awaited a call from Superior to schedule our next appointment once they had obtained the part. We waited for a week and then decided to call them instead. We gave them our information and they repeated it back to us. The Superior representative then told us that they "no longer service HVAC systems" and that we would need to call our home warranty company for further instruction. Our home warranty company called Superior and confirmed the details. Our company now has to find us another contractor to work through. Superior dropped us like a rock. We've been patiently working with this company and made some real headway and then they didn't even finish the job they had committed to. We've been 15 days in humid 85 degree Arkansas weather without air conditioning and Superior never made a courtesy call to us that we would need to find another contractor. They forgot about us. Do yourself a favor and find someone, anyone else to do business with. This company is a waste of time.
The problem was fixed....the plumber analyzed the problem of the leak and repaired it. He was courteous and professional. Job well done!! Susan Scully
Very good experience with these folks! The technician who came out, Colton, was very friendly and informative! Would definitely use these folks again.
My wife and I own Red Kite Coffee Company, and we called Superior because we needed some urgeny plumbing done on our coffee brewers to get them working again during a busy morning shift. Superior responded quickly by dispatching Chad Coats to our business. Chad had us back online brewing coffee by mid morning. We appreciate the responsiveness of Superior and the experience and professionalism of Chad!
Was going to charge me $14.50 per foot to dig a trench, maybe alot of people dont know a general rate for digging with equipment, but this is 10X the rate I received from three other licensed companies. I hope nobody is paying this rate, or old folks are not getting ripped off. They should be called out for this fee, it made no sense, and he laughed at me when I told him my other quotes. For a 600 ft, 24 inch water main dig, not install, just dig, 14.50 X 600 ft, equals 8,700 dollars. 1500 dollars would be about the going rate.
The technicians we vwer courteous a d knowledgeable. The technician told me to call the company to add another issue to the time key. When I called the customer service line, first they told me I had the wrong company. Then they told me I wasn't covered Finally he agreed that I was. After the technicians work a while the had to call in and then another customer service rep stated I wasn"t covered again. We went round a d round a d the decided not to co er me. That was the worst experience. I had my contract in front of me showing what was covered. The end result was the technicians left without completing the job Sti haven't heard from the corporate office.

Superior Facility Services definitely has the correct name "SUPERIOR" Because they are SUPER! Vance King was a very nice gentleman. I enjoyed talking to him. He explained everything very well. I will definitely be using them again! Thank you for a job well done!
On 1/31/2019 Superior Facility Services had a work order to repair my heat unit. Once they had the work order they contacted me telling me what time the service technician would arrive at my residence. The company sent a gentlemen by the name Colton Treadwell-he was totally professional in doing his job and his attitude was very pleasant, highly recommend Superior Facility Service and Colton As the Service Technician.
