We were dying when our AC broke down and we were expecting company. I called Super Plumbers by recommendation of a friend and they did not disappoint! They were prompt and polite. Their professionalism is hands down the best! I have recommended them to several friends. Everyone has been happy with them. They really are super!
The best experience with broken AC , so painless and quick. They did an excellent work!!! I highly recommend this company, because of an easy and honest service. The tech figured out the problem in a minute and was able to fix everything on the spot! Just happy that we have a reliable company you can call anytime and get the work done.
Very friendly and great service. They replaced our water heater, removed old humidifier and installed new steam humidifier / purifier, smart thermostat and exhaust fan. I also got their annual service plan.
I called because the toilet was not flushing they came to clean out the main sewer line they quoted me $600 the cap for the sewer line was a little difficult to get off when he finished he wanted to charge me 900 he tried to justify it by telling me that he cleaned up after he was done I told him you’re supposed to clean up your mess. Then he said I had to go to Home Depot and buy a cap so after spending $800 which is what we settled on I had to go and finish the job by buying the part and capping it myself when I went to the plumbing supply it turned out it was the wrong part it turned out it was an odd size pipe and the man at the plumbing supply store told me I couldn’t use the cab the plumber recommended he said the plumber should’ve known that long story short I spent the whole day back-and-forth trying to get the right part to finish his work that he charge me $800 for and if it wasn’t that I lay down plastic they would’ve made a tremendous mess on my floor you would think that would’ve been a concern for them they were very messy very unprofessional And unethical I would not recommend them to anyone nor will I use them again. I’m Leaving a picture down below of how they left a job. P.S. since posting this one star review I have update it to a four-star the owner has since reached out to me and rectify the situation he was very kind and fair and apologetic and explain to me he had to outsource the job and will not be using those workers again
Our steam boiler was making rattling noises and it was pretty annoying, especially at night. One of my neighbors said that the boiler needed professional maintenance and recommended this business. I called them and Frank on the phone suspected that it might be the pipes that need cleaning. His guys came in the next day and after a diagnosis, confirmed his theory. It's calm and quiet in our house again. Boiler is working fine. Thanks for the awesome service.
It was a freezing Sunday.I really had an emergency, so I googled and found Super. I called and the owner Frank answered my call, not a service, who asked all my personal contact info then informed me “someone would call me back”. Immediately Frank told me someone would be out to me...I couldn’t believe him..I told him I’d been making calls for an hour.. Within 30 minutes a very polite professional plumber, Tom arrived. He told me Frank had told him I was in a jam and he re routed him to me. I cannot recommend this company enough. I now have a new plumber.
I had a sump pump replacement in the yard which had lots of tree roots and buildup. They worked tirelessly on it for many hours to get it cleared. Not an easy or fun job. I'm glad to have that working! Thanks so much.
I can't say enough about this company. I got a new furnace and a new Ac unit put in... And I love it. The price was extremely fair, fast responses, and everyone was professional. They explained everything well and my place was left clean. I would not look further... go with this company!
Highly Recommend. My hot water heater ruptured and I wasn’t sure where to turn. I called several places but felt the most comfortable with Frank and his team. He gave me an estimate right over the phone w/ no pressure and even gave me some advice on what type of tank is best wether or not I went with his company. At the end I decided to go with Frank and Im glad I did. They did an excellent job, they were outstanding and professional. My hot water was up and running in no time. If you are in need of any repair do yourself a favor and call these guys. They will without a doubt correct your issue or at the very least offer you a solution and ideas on what you can do to address your concerns.
Absolutely amazing! Omar was such a kind person, he assured us that he could fix it and told us to "Sit down and relax, I'll take care of it." . We had a small clog in our sink and within minutes our problem was solved. This was the first time a plumber came into our home and didn't leave a mess or tell us that we were going to need X,Y,Z done. We will never call anyone else besides the Super Plumbers!
I'd asked them to replace my garbage disposal. The plumber arrived, replacement disposal in hand, but offered to see if he could fix my existing disposal first. He was able to fix it for less than a third of the price I would have paid for the new disposal. I'll definitely continue with these guys!
The best plumbers that I have ever had the pleasure of hiring! They do a very good job at what ever task you hire them for. I hired them to clean out all of my drains and toilet pipes because I haven't done that in years and I felt like it needed to be done. They handled it all and left NO mess behind!
These guys are great. They show up on time, they work hard and they get the job done. I have used them 3 times and I'm 100% satisfied with their work. I had a big problem with a water filtration system and they helped me to resolve it. I also had a plugged drain and they were able to flow the whole system out and no problems since.
I was putting a house on the market and when I had the property inspection one of the sewer pipes backed up. Called my plumber but he dislocated his shoulder and could not respond. Checked out the reviews and called this place,they came out the next day , they unclogged the pipe and the problem was resolved.I will definitely call this company again for any plumbing needs.
The BEST!! We are first-time homeowners and couldn't get our heating to go on. We were a little scared that something may have been wrong with our boiler. These guys came out on a Sunday super fast service and got our heat on in minutes and didn't charge us because it was something very minor. Thank you so much.
Tom is the absolute best - truly cares for his clients and not just the bottom line. He was able to fix my water heater with a simple repair instead of a pricey fix/replacement like other plumbers would have pushed. Would definitely recommend his services to others!
Central air wasn’t turning on and gave these guys a call, they came out within a couple hours, made necessary repairs and got it up and running quick. Good honest guys, would definitely recommend.
Air conditioning stopped working today, called Super plumbers and got same day appointment! Frank and Tommy were polite, knowledgeable, and assessed/fixed the issue in no time. I’m a first time customer, and I’ll definitely return...
