My home warranty AHS was offering a free maintenance of my furnace. They sent out Christian and he looked over it and cleaned out the area. He also went to check my air ducts under the house and found some damage to one of the ducts. Although AHS didn't cover it I had them repair/replace the duct that was damaged. While under my home, Christian noticed that one of my pipes was leaking and advised me to call AHS and have them send someone out to look at it. Christian went above and beyond and I am very thankful. I would definitely refer Christian and Super Air for any heating and cooling concerns.

I placed a service order with my home warranty to look into why shutting off after only a few minutes. The heating unit was working, but was likely having some efficiency issues. Super Air was assigned as the service provider. Their technician determined that the heater was overheating but was not able to figure out why, despite taking apart part of the system to inspect. He left with only a note saying that he couldn't figure out the issue and that he wired everything back up. After he left, I found that my heater was off and that it wasn't receiving any power at all. I called Super Air and their reasoning was that the technician purposely shut down the unit because the overheating might lead to a carbon monoxide leak. But the unit wasn't just off. It wasn't receiving power at all. So I can only conclude that the technician either broke something or incorrectly put the system back together. Otherwise I don't know why I had to call the company to learn about the supposed safety issue. After a couple days of vague answers from them and even after the warranty company reached out to them, they continue avoiding to take responsibility and are now refusing to send someone out to fix whatever they broke.

My home warranty forced me to have my furnace installed by SuperAir. The first red flag was when I was offered the option to avoid the HERS test and inspection. Delay in install was no fault of the company but communication from customer service was lacking. I asked about the permit cost knowing that companies over quote the price to cover the price between different cities to make sure I would be refunded the difference. Got my inspection and find I was overcharged $200. No biggie, call superair and the rep then argues with me saying I was given an option to request it myself and I signed the estimate agreeing to pay. Bad business all the way around. Will never do business with this company again. I would rather pay more for better service.

My Home Warranty company, AHS, assigned this job to Super Air. Super Air phoned me to schedule an appointment the same morning I reported the failure to AHS. The dispatcher said that, due to a cancellation, they had an available time slot 5 days later (3 business days + a weekend). The tech phoned from about 40 minutes out and arrived within the time window I was quoted. With the assistance of Google and YouTube I had gotten the furnace working again myself on the day of failure but Mike, the Super Air tech, checked my work and explained how some of the different parts work. It turns out I'd done everything correctly but I appreciated knowing how things work. Mike also did a temperature check, before and after the heating unit, and checked my air filters, telling me I actually had more filters in place than needed (2 in the heater + 2 in the hallway) and was partially obstructing airflow. I give Super Air and technician Mike both 5-stars. The only thing better would be if local contractors weren't so busy that they were scheduling their work 5+ days out. I am a homeowner in Salinas.

AHS Assigned my furnace not heating ticket to this contractor twice. Both times they said that they are booked for 2~3 weeks. Why they are taking new service requests if they are unable to make timely appointments? Are so limited (only 2 techs?) that they cannot get out to service customers in need in a timely basis goes to say they are a small outfit and cannot respond timely to those in urgent need. Don't call on them if you need quick service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are partners with Fidelity National Home Warranty - a company that has 1.2k Yelp reviews with an average of 1 star. Fidelity National Home Warranty appointed Super Air to service a broken heating system, Super Air failed to make contact and communicated to Fidelity National Home Warranty that they had. The only thing "super" about this company is they are super dishonest, super shady, and allegedly they are super in bed with an insurance company that has a track record of stiffing their customers to avoid paying claims.

Issue: I replied to an AHS email 'promotion' for a FURNACE TUNE UP - to possibly prevent a future problem...Super Air was the assigned Contractor. Super Air performed a 'System Check. - (3 items), NOT A TUNE UP (14 things). as defined in the AHA Promotion. . When I contacted, Super Air, they confirmed a 'SYSTEM CHECK' was preformed per the AHS promotion - which again was for a 'System Tune-Up! I have contacted Super Air and AHS over 7 times and still NO RESOLUTION. Finally, Two weeks ago Super Air promised to provide a list of items they had done . NOT! still waiting.... Called one last time 11/27 and was hung up on twice and worse yet NO return This response is factual and provides a terrible / UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE by Super Air.

What a pleasure! Air conditioner conks out the evening before a scorching heatwave. I call Super Air the following morning; they give me a window of between 12 and 2pm (thank goodness!), Larry calls me around 130 to let me know he's on the way, shows up at 2pm, diagnoses the problem (bad capacitor), he has the replacement on the truck, swaps it out, good to go, all fixed in 20 minutes. Personable, professional, reasonable and reliable! Something bad happens? Call THESE guys. Highly recommended!

The crew from Super Air not only did a very professional job, but they were very courteous and respectable during the job. The lack of customer service and knowledge of their technician is zero! After calling my home warranty about my air conditioning unit not working they recommended super air to come out & check the problem ...after 3 different visit & 29 days later my air conditioning is still not fixed ... after complaining to them they told me that if u have a problem call someone else ....and hang up the phone on me ... Wow I never do business with them or recommend them to anyone !!!!

The tech did not put my condensation tube back where it belonged, this casue the water to drip all the way to my basement. I called the company and they said that they basically did not believe me and that the tech said that he never worked on that part of the a/c. I then asked to speak to the owner and a week went by when I called again they said that the tech did nothing wrong and that they were not going to fix anything or refund anything. When I asked for their contractors lic# they hung up on me.
