From the Moment I called and expressed my dissatisfaction with The other Major A/C company that Name starts with a N and ends with a N. The receptionist was attentive and considerate and Just Nice. She got me over to an estimator. We made the appointment. They were on time and I got My A/C and Furnaced replace. Professionally with a guarantee and it looks Great. Works Great and I am Elated that I was Treated Fairly and not Taken advantage of. Thanks Ulises.
AAA+++ service!! I bought my first home a few years ago and needed a cooling solution for the hot weather in the IE. The home only had an old swamp cooler that did not help much at all so I called around for help. After speaking to different HVAC services I got the quickest response from Super Air and set up the appointment. Ulises arrived on time and we spoke about going with a ductless ac unit since the house is small and had no duct work yet. I was using 2 portable air conditioners to cool the house which raised my electricity bill significantly and barely kept the house cool at all even though they ran all day long non stop. In less than a week he installed the mini split system for a great deal in a couple hours during Covid too! They did a great job and a clean install and the best part is lower power bill savings by more that $100 a month! My wife constantly thanks me for investing in the ac as our home has never been more comfortable in the summers! One more thing! The ductless unit also provides sufficient heat in the winter! Ductless for the win! Thank you Super Air and heating!!👍

Ulysses was quick, professional, timely and very reasonable priced. He installed a 4 ton 16 seer Amana unit outside and central unit. Their job was clean and painless. He also listened to the problems I was undergoing, such as low air flow to the upstairs and helped with the upstairs air flow without charging additional fees. He is straight up with his prices and doesn’t tack on any fees. I would recommend him to my friends and family.
These guys are the very best! This was my second install with them. They are honest, trustworthy and always courteous. The crew completed the install of the new air conditioner without a hitch. They cleaned up everything and completely tested the new system all in the same day. It is without reservation that I recommend Super Air... The best!!!
I rarely write reviews but Ulises and his company Super air really deserve one. I won’t go into the long and complicated history with our A/C unit but it was basically raining our kitchen from the coils on the second floor. It was an install problem and the previous owners of our home just hid the problem and sold the house. My wife notice the ceiling in the kitchen sagging with water over a year ago. Since then we have had no less than 8 different companies in our home. All the obvious solutions failed. The basic trend was that they would come out, baffled and stop returning my calls. Some billed us for work that was not necessary and that never helped. I think they were all stumped and didn’t want to take the job. Ulises was the only one who came up with a good solutions and had the juevos to do it. He base ally had to re-design our system from a blow over coil system to a pull through and put more intakes in the walls. He first changed to coil which I had already priced out for other companies and he was over $1600 less expensive than some and the lowest of the bunch. He then re-configured the system. His solution worked, it was all done on time and as scheduled and the price was very fair. The workmanship was excellent and I trusted his whole crew to be in our home e en when we were not there without a second thought. We have a lovely craftsman home in Redlands but for the last year there have been giant buckets in our kitchen and constant dripping whenever the A/C was on. Ulises and his guys fixed problem that many others couldn’t. I can’t give a more heartfelt endorsement. I will never go any where else and neither should you!
After buying our historic 1930's home 4 years ago, we finally decided it was time to modernize and bring AC into the home. Super Air installed our AC and heating 3 years ago. Ulysses and his employees were courteous, professional and on time.
