Had an issue with AC. Tech said his office would contact us for next steps then never responded. They submitted a report to warranty company that was completely different than what he said so it was denied. Of course no one calls at all from the office and see why they can only get business from a warranty company.
Totally thumbs up, great service…. There way to work thing with you is in another completely level, they are very professional, and trust me when I say professional, they on time and do what they need to do to keep you happy…. I got a new A/C units and I have not had and issues with it… From a house owner to another, if you have any issues they the right AC company to get a hold of…..
Awesome company. Cesar and his techs were awesome helped me get a whole new system with a lifetime maintenance program. They were very professional and will recommend them to anyone.

I had sunstate come out from a home warranty repair. They were able to come out right away and get our AC repaired. My family is grateful for their speedy service!

I typically don't like to write negative reviews but this one just bothered me so much that I had to say something. Used these guys through my home warranty policy and everything they did at my house was excellent. Called them two days later to do work on my place of employment, they came out in a timely fashion got us a temporary solution and promised to return the following day to complete the job. After many text messages and phone calls attempts from me they never had the decency to return my calls or messages or even say that they were too busy or not interested in doing business. I manage a retirement community and the particular job they left pending was for an 80 year old couple who desperately needed their AC repaired. It's sad because I was looking forward to stablishing a long term business relationship. But the ethical part of their business is missing significantly.

We had a new unit installed on our roof in late May. Our quote was very competative and financing was offered. Installation was on time and went smoothly. We are very happy with our decision to go with Sunstate and look forward to working with them in the future.
Cesar at Sunstate heating and cooling is by far the best AC professional I've dealt with. He installed my system 6 years ago and was the best bang for the dollar. Two weeks ago installed my brotherson system and was still the best bang for the dollar. He's very honest and professional and knows ac systems for sure. I will never look for another ac company.
