Terrible customer service.
Very unhappy with the service we received. Had a problem with our furnace and they told me it was a control board issue and the part would be about $350. Called me back the next day to tell me it was $1200. Checked myself and it was only $300-350. In addition, when I contacted another service company they found that only the switch for the heater had been turned off and there was nothing wrong with any of the furnace equipment. Can't help feeling they tried to take advantage of us just to make extra money or at the least had no idea what they were doing. Certainly would NOT call them again for anything !!
We found this company online and called them to come fix our stove. They were able to send 2 techs the same day we called. The oven has been fixed the same day as well. We are happy to recommend them to anyone who has problems with appliances.
We got these guys fixing our Lg fridge. It was a problem with cooling so they replaced a fan. Fast reliable and efficient. They also stand behind warranty. Thanks to Derek
Derek showed up right in the middle of the indicated time frame - very punctual and polite. Replaced efficiently the defective thermostat and left use instructions and follow up procedure in case of malfunction in the warranty period . My satisfaction is reflected in the number of stars.
Our Samsung electric range glass top was cracked and we needed to replace it. Derek ordered the right part for me and fixed it in an hour. It works like brand new now. Very happy with the service.
These guys came very quick and we're very professional. They did a good job. We used them for both the fridge and freezer and helped us identify the problem and least expensive way! I expect to call them again.
Found these guys on yelp. We needed to replace a gasket on our LG DIRECT DRIVE washing Machine. Derek came first to diagnose the problem and then came back with Danny to install it. They also replaced one of the springs holding the drum at no charge. Really nice service, I highly recommend. Thanks folks!
I have a 7+ year AC unit that stopped working a few weeks ago. Blowing air but not cool. With the summer coming up, I had to get it repaired quickly. I found Sunny Appliance Repair on Yelp and they responded immediately (they provide same day or next day service), and came out two days later when I was available. They looked through my home and even climbed into the attic to check for leaks and made sure everything was working. After finding the problem (low freon, minor leaks), they fixed it right away. My Kenmore 80 Series stopped producing heat. I tried looking for solution online but figured it’s too complicated for me soI decided to call the company who provides same day service and got Danny and Derek a few hours after my call. They quickly figured that my dryer was overheated due to a clogged exhaust line. They cleaned it and replaced the fuse. Very fast, cheap and professional. Highly recommend them!
I have a KitchenAid oven that is about 5 years old and it broke down last week. I called Sunny Appliance because I have already used their service in the past (they fixed my washer). So this time they sent Danny and Derek who were polite, nice and professional. They quickly diagnosed the problem but unfortunately we had to order the needed part (thermal fuse). The guys came back to install the part as soon as it arrived. All fixed now, we are happy. Thank you SunnyHi
Our commercial dryer Whirlpool has broke. It would produce heat but the drum didn’t spin, so we called Sunny again to come service our commercial units. Danny and Derek were as always nice and professional. They replaced the belt and the dryer is back on order. Thank you guys
Danny and Derek were great. I called Wednesday, they came Thursday, promptly. Within a couple of minutes, they figured out my refrigerator problem and gave me a quote. I told them to go ahead and they finished the job, were friendly and polite. Will def call again!
We had an issue with a whirlpool refrigerator gold series. The door wouldn’t close properly which caused over freezing sometimes so we called this company to come fix it. Danny and Derek came in a timely manner and adjusted the door mechanism. Now the door closes fine. They recommended not to overload the door with too many glass containers. Thank you guys for helping us out again
I have Subzero refrigerator model 550 that is 12 years old and I had problems for the first 2 years only and since it has run beautifully until April 8th. So I called these folks to come check it and we got Danny and Derek come here. They added freon that time and warned me that the compressor is no good and can die at any time which has happened just yesterday. So I called them again to come check it because it was still under the given warranty. Derek confirmed the compressor needs to be replaced and we are still thinking if we want to do that. But if we do, we would definitely call them for that service. Thank you for being honest people
My Jenaire stopped cooling and I called these guys on a Sunday and they saved the day! Danny and Dereck check the fridge and found the problem immediately. We needed to replace a cooling so they ordered it and came back on Monday to finish the repair. Very knowledgeable and nice folks. We are happy with the service and pleased the price.
