Amazing A+ business! Kayla in the office was extremely nice, responsive and professional, the technicians who came out were very knowledgeable, clean, courteous (shoe covers!), and explained what was going on in a way I understood and they were able to fix a pretty complicated wiring issue that another company was unable to fix. I’d highly recommend this business to anyone in the vail area! These guys have a 5 star because they are a high quality small business that provides a great value to their customers.
Excellent service! Our repairman genuinely cared to get our AC back to working. We have 8 children, and he made it a priority to return back at 8:00 to finish the repair so the children could sleep comfortably. He was absolutely perfect and professional! Very impressed.
Tyler came out the next day and got our A/C up and running. I highly recommend Sundown Cooling & Heating.

Tyler and his team were very professional and did a great job installing my mini split in my garage. He came over multiple times to personally go over options and ideas as to the placement, size and heating/cooling requirements. On the day of installation he showed up right on time and explained all the steps him and his team were going to be taking during the installation process. They worked all day and went above and beyond! He had one of his guys paint the conduit that they ran up the wall with the same exterior paint color and also the plumbing cover inside the garage too. Cleaned everything up before they left as well. His prices are very fair and he'll be the first I call for my regular service both for my whole home HVAC and the mini split he installed! Highly recommend Sundown Cooling and Heating!!!

Tyler was super professional and helpful. We had a different company come out and preform repairs and they improperly installed a part. Tyler spotted it and was quick to let us know the problem and got to work fixing it. He was able to help us even earlier than we expected and called a couple times to keep us updated on when we should be expecting him. He fixed the issue and made it a point to clean up any dust he had left behind. Overall I’m super happy with my experience with this company. And happy to have found a business that is reliable.
