This guy had absolutely no idea what he is doing. He’s very rude unprofessional and drives very dangerous putting others lives in danger. I wouldn’t recommend using this guy. All his reviews are fake. He didn’t repair anything. And I’d give him negative stars if possible
We recently had our main AC unit go out on a hot Saturday and Jason was kind enough to fit us into his schedule ASAP. He did great work, was timely, communicative and very fair in his pricing. Jason was referred to us by a neighbor, and we would absolutely recommend him to others. We have already planned on having him take over regular spring/fall maintenance of our system.
What a great experience! I am not into all the "stuff" I have to do for my house, so it is nice to rely on someone who is honest and dependable. I also like to support small businesses in Frisco. Jason is a great guy and I like that he didn't try to up sell me. He fixed my air and offered a maintenance program that will save me money and time. I highly recommend him!!
I know I take many factors into play when looking for a service. I rarely find such integrity and caring like I did with Jason Dixson. He assisted in figuring out a minor ac issue that some others may have unnecessarily provide service for. This alone will ensure that I will call SunDollar AC & Heat for my next service or maintenance needs. This type of service was small but a great example of how we should take care of each other. If you need a service person that you can trust call Jason!
We would like to thank Jason and the entire team at SunDollar A/C and Heat. Our home has not been cooling very well, and we are getting ready to go into the hottest part of the year. We called the SunDollar team and they inspected our two air conditioning units. Sure enough, one of them needed a new coil and compressor. Jason was able to get the replacement parts and fix our system within 3 days! He was professional, on time and cleaned up after each visit (something a woman would notice - LOL). The price to get our unit repaired was very fair. And their service and attitude was OUTSTANDING. Whether you just need a check up, or have a major problem - call the SunDollar team! We highly recommend SunDollar A/C and Heat and would give them higher than 5 stars if you allowed us to! It is so refreshing to be serviced by a family owned business who put their customer's needs first. We are ready for summer! Thank you SunDollar!
SunDollar is great. Willing to help troubleshoot issues over the phone, and came out and fixed the problem on the weekend. Great service!
Sun Dollar is always very responsive to my calls. Jason explains his work so I get a good idea what I'm paying for. He is professional and knowledgeable. They even call, when they know, to give me an exact time of arrival. Imagine that. Best HVAC company I've ever worked with.
Wouldn't use anyone else for HVAC service and neither should you. Jason and his staff are the most dependable, honest and trustworthy that I've ever worked with. He answers his phone, responds promptly to texts, shows up on time, completes the job in a timely manner, provides an accurate description/explanation of what's needed and does it all at a fair price. I can honestly say that SunDollar is the best service provider we've used for HVAC, ever.

Pros: Customer Service is top notch. the owner is a down to earth and cares about his customers. My AC went out over a holiday and several businesses didnt answer. He not only answered but also came by and didnt charge some crazy after hours/holiday fee. Pros: pricing was very fair and much better then I expected. When I called to agree on the quote he actually dropped my price. Most places get you for what they can. Not them, these guys rock. Pros: install was seamless and finished earlier than expected. Crew was all very professional and not contracted out. Owner came by to supervise most of the day. Cons: no cons really, maybe that I cant rock as good of a beard as Jason the owner....all jokes aside get a quote from these guys before committing elsewhere. They took good care of us and we will use again downstream and for future maintenance.
The staff at SunDollar handled my special request quickly, professionally and with care. Good honest folks that are hard to find.
