Very prompt and honest.
Working with Miguel, especially after dealing with some other local HVAC companies, was a great pleasure. We will definitely be having him back to help us maintain as well as complete any repairs in the future.
Professional services delivered with the highest level of integrity. Maintained our A/C for many years, taking it well past it's normal lifetime. When they handled the replacement they recommend what we needed, not the most expensive or costly extras. Simply put, they're knowledgeable AND trustworthy.
Miguel was called & returned my call within a hour on a hot day. He said he could stop over between 3 pm & 5 pm the next day, which he did. My air conditioning was not working. My unit is about 15 years old, So I was thinking it would need to be replaced for thousands. After checking it out everything was still ok. So we went inside to check the thermostat we could read the digits & it was showing to cool but was not starting. He took the thermostat off the wall noticed that the battery was leaking & had corroded connections & that was the problem. I picked up new battery's & clean up the connections & was good to go for less then $100. He could have just told me I needed a new unit but he didn't, I would not have known. Thanks Miguel for the honesty! We need more people like you!

Miguel and his crew are fabulous! You will never have to worry about being scammed or taken advantage of. They are honest, show up when they say they will and give you the best price in town! I won't call anyone else.
Oh my goodness, I didn't know that finally taking the plunge and getting a complete new system, would be such a great investment, i was afraid for a long time to get a new system, i just kept repairing and repairing, ...Miguel told me i was crazy....replace the system he said....it will be better ....Oh wow! Was he right, the first month and now 6 months later, my electric bill has continually been signnifcantly reduced, i feel like the money i spent on the new system, will be paid back to me in a few years....its like getting a free system...., my house is cool, comfortable and its just such a pleasure to have worked with a company that really knows what they are doing, and were able to not only recommend what was in my best interest but really was a company that did everything he said he would ....its just the best decision i made, i highly recommend suncoast cooling and heating....you will not be sorry....yes i am a real customer!!!!
Would highly recommend!!! Have helped us with new construction as well as repair. Miguel (owner ) is reliable, efficient and competitively priced . Have never had a problem with ANY of their work!! I would not use anyone else!
