Preface this by saying I live in an apartment complex so I had no choice as to who came out. That being said our tech was Jimmy and he was the most professional polite gentleman I have ever had the pleasure of having come out to any residence I have lived. He answered every question I had as well as worked in a clean and professional manner. If this is indicative of the level of service this company provides then I will use them again if/when I get my own home.
My apartment complex hired sunburst to install an AC unit in my unit, they were so professional, quick & nice. I have lived here for almost two years, & in all that time with all the work done in my apartment by maintenance or vendors this is the 1st time someone has Ever cleaned up! They did it without being asked, they did a great job, it was just so nice to be treated well. Sunburst picks the bar up.
Always quick when an emergency pops up with hvac or plumbing and they do amazing work!

Ivan responded to our property at Lindsay Palms Apartments and he repaired two air conditioners Within 2 hours our residents are happy we thank you for your service!
The technician arrived right away on a Sunday. He immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. He is very polite and extremely knowledgeable. Very impressive. I highly recommend this company and will use it again.

Highly recommend Sunburst! After 3 other HVAC contractors couldn't perform (a 3 week process with no AC), we elected to step outside of our Home Warranty and reach out to Sunburst!! From my experience, they always get the job done right the first time and when dealing with HVAC systems in the middle of a Phoenix summer, they know how important it is to get there quickly!
Sunburst Mechanical fixed my dryer booster fan, and they were amazing to work with. It was kind of a funny story - I had contacted my home warranty company to get the fan fixed, and they sent out a couple of vendors who couldn’t help me. Then, a technician from Sunburst knocked on my door and said they could help. I was so happy someone could finally get it fixed for me. Turns out, they had the wrong condo unit and came to my unit by accident. BUT, since my home warranty company ultimately wouldn’t cover the issue and couldn’t help me get it fixed, I ended up hiring Sunburst to fix the fan and they did! Both technicians as well as the staff were professional, friendly, and super knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
We had a water leak under the dining room floor of our apartment and within six hours, Sunburst Mechnical's owner and crew had repaired the leaked and prepared the site for the mason to do the concrete work. A very professional team.
IAN had GREAT customer service. He was professional and explained how different things worked and what he was fixing. They are very considerate and fair. They also take extra precautions for covid and wear masks and gloves. Thank you and I recommend requesting Ian if you want the best job done right.
What a JOKE! I scheduled an appointment for 10/08/2020 and was told that I would have someone there late because they did me a favor and added me onto the schedule because I am selling my home and needed this done as soon as possible. Great right, WRONG! That appointment cancelled and didnt notify me until after the appointment time. The sale of my home is pending on this AC service. They said they got busy and would be able to come 10/09/2020 so i rescheduled and today AGAIN THEY CANCELLED because again they were unable to get a tech out. Thanks for nothing! I have photos to prove I had appointments and confirmed by James YOUR TECH! no record and I can call your BS!
Great company!!! They came out and rescued us today (Sunday) when our air went out! James, the owner and his coworker, Jeremy were so polite and professional. They had it up and going in no time for us! We have pets and kids we were worried about having to take to friends homes in this heat. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their a/c repaired or maintained.

After getting no help from the apartment maintenance team you were determined to fix the issue for me finding a part that had been incorrectly installed and probably causing problems for numerous tenants before me. Staying late on a Friday and showing up first thing Saturday with an inkling about a solution and you were right. Even at a proposed 118 night I'm excited for my first full night's COOL sleep :)

Let me start by saying though I am always interested in reading reviews and appreciate them, I rarely take the time to write them myself. Sunburst Mechanical came to me through a recommendation of a good friend who is also a contractor. I was so impressed from my first call to the SBM office, to the owner James stopping by to make sure we were happy with the work completed and everything that took place in between. With this kind of service, I felt compelled to tell my story and share our experience. Now most reviews are talking about their AC services, which I hope I do not have an emergency in the future, but if our AC goes out, SBM would be our first call now. We’re thinking I might even have them maintain service on our AC unit moving forward. Our water heater blew at about 9pm on a Thursday night. We had water running out of the garage and our only option was to shut the water off. I called SBM first thing Friday morning and they were able to move their schedules to fit me in. James called me right back, gave me a quote I was comfortable with and gave me a time his technician would be at our house. Jeremy showed up right on time and brought another tech with him, sorry his name slips my mind right now. He was very quiet but focused and they both got right to the work at hand. Both techs listened to my needs and were very courteous, confident, and kept their work area very clean. I appreciated that too. At the end of the call, James himself showed up to check the work and ensure we were happy with the service. That kind of service unfortunately is almost non-existence in AZ today in any industry! If you’re thinking about getting some work done by SBM for your HVAC or Water Heater needs, I would not hesitate to give them a call. They will earn your business moving forward. Sunburst Mechanical is by far the best in the valley. James, Chelsea, and the entire crew are the most down to earth, professional, and skilled people I have worked with. As a contractor I strive to find company's that no matter which employee they send out, at the end of the day I feel comfortable while I am not there that they will do the job correctly and treat the job site with respect. I have never questioned that working with Sunburst. They have done several jobs, as well as a new split system on my personal house. There prices are always competitive on paper, but the service and quality cant be matched by any one else in the valley. Thanks sunburst!
