Kevin arrived on time and provided excellent service. Fixed the problem right away. We highly recommend his ability to find the problem and fix it.
He text he was on his way. He was quick. His explanation was understandable and to the point.
Had the worst experience with this company. Called them to do a summer check-up. The technician came out while I was dealing with a family emergency. The office called me, and the appointment had totally spaced my mind. I told them that I currently wasn't home, but I was a few minutes away. I asked the lady on the phone if I needed to be home for the service or if I should reschedule. The lady told me it was up to the employee doing the service, but I headed home anyway. I made it home a few minutes later and assumed the employee chose not to perform the service. A few minutes later I received an invoice so I called the office. The lady gave me an attitude when I questioned the services and told me it would be on the invoice. I've been dealing with the company for years since they installed my ac unit, so I was expecting the same service. I looked at the invoice, and then I looked at my cameras around my property and didn't see some of the services performed that were listed on the invoice. I proceeded to call the office back, I was met with more attitude from the lady that answered the phone, then she said a manager would contact me and hung up on me. I have not been contacted by anyone from the company, but i keep getting spammed with the invoice through text and email. I've tried to reach out to the company via the company email as well as responded to the text and emails I've been spammed with. This company has lost my trust, and I probably won't be doing business with them again.

Kevin was great! Our previous air conditioner had been installed improperly and quit working. The repair is done quickly and the price was definitely fair. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs HVAC worked on at a fair price.
I recommend using this place for all of your AC needs. The owner was respectful, very detailed and answer. Any questions that I had is installers were the same definitely professional and very reasonable on the price I’m very happy with the service and I would recommend it to anyone.
For many years we used a different company for all our a/c installations and maintenance but got tired of being told we had at least $300 in repairs and maintenance (even on brand new units!) at ever check up. We heard great things about Sun Devil and decided to try them. We’ve been impressed with their professionalism, honesty, responsiveness, customer service and their competitive pricing. Heraldo and Kevin are great!
Great company, had my AC system replaced by them 3 years ago...did a great job..since then they have done the maintenance on the units twice a year..always on time, friendly and professional.
Frank came out to do a yearly maintenance. He is very professional, friendly and prompt. I had to replace my units four years ago and used Sundevil based off of a recommendation. I am so glad I chose Sundevil. They have been nothing but delightful to work with.
We called yesterday morning and I feel bad for not getting the woman’s name who answered the phone- but she was very helpful, was able to find my account quickly, and confirmed she was able to send Kevin out that morning. Our renters had messaged us the heater was not working, and we called Sun Devil right away- they were able to reset the thermostat (luckily nothing major!;) and in less than two hours from the time our renter let us know, it was fixed. It couldn’t have been easier, more professional, or faster service (& very reasonable fee- we did not feel overcharged at all). I am very appreciative and our renter even said “He was great!”. Thank you again!
Frank arrived on time to investigate the issue (failure of AC/heat pump system to deliver warm air during cool weather) and returned the following day, as scheduled, with the required replacement motor to install it and successfully restart the system. All in all, a very pleasant experience. We had a similar great experience last October, when Kevin spent considerable time checking out our AC/heat pump system and performed required maintenance work. We're much happier with Sun Devil Heating & Cooling that we were with our previous provider, who seemed more intent on selling us additional services than on simply making sure the system they installed (about 9 years ago) was operating well.
Had a problem with my unit—not only did Jennifer get me a next day appt, but the tech arrived within the allotted time. I had heat in 30 minutes. Apparently, the tech was kind enough to also bring in the 5 gal jugs of water that had been delivered—without my asking him to do so. What a nice surprise!! Thank you Jennifer and Frank🙂
Frank is a true pro He is very courteous as a a/c tech and got a difficult job done in minimal time. I'm glad I used Sun Devil for my install 6 years ago. I've recommended Sun Devil to family & friends as sell Thanks Sun Devil team

It was more than a Good experience . . . it was Great! During the initial visit, Kevin diagnosed the problem and also figured out a temporary solution until the replacement part could be ordered and installed. Later, the owner called me personally to let me know the part was in and would be installed soon. Jesus and Chris arrived for the replacement and were efficient, friendly and left the work area clean. So thankful for the great customer service and expertise! I highly recommend this company!
Honesty is what I was looking for. I had 4 companies come out before Sun Devil. Each experience with the “other guys” left me feeling unheard and like my questions or input annoyed them. Gerardo is The Man!!! He came out next day, we walked through every room and talked about the little details. He was straight up with me and honestly out did these “other guys” in all facets. Customer service, knowledge, speedy service, and most of all price. After we agreed on everything I could call or text with any questions and he was right there to let me know what when and where. I can’t say it enough, these guys are GREAT! I’ve recommended them to anyone I run into that needs HVAC services big or small.

Our a/c unit was buzzing and randomly shutting off. Gerard got back to us same-day of initial outreach, and sent Jesus and his colleague, who were were fantastic, knowledgeable, professional, and super fast. They even helped us wire our smart thermostat which only took them a couple of minutes. We would definitely hire them again.
Kevin is a great representative for Sun Devil Heating and Cooling. I have been using Sun Devil for business and my residence for about 8 years. When there is the occasional issue or just annual maintenance, Kevin has been there. He is courteous and professional, on time and gets the job done the first time. I highly recommend Sun Devil for your AC needs.
My A/C was stopped blowing cold air. When I called for service Kevin responded within the hour and fixed the issue. Thank you Kevin and Sun Devil for responding quickly and getting my A/C problem fixed!!
