Contacting Francisco Mena for the first time m was easy. He listened intently to what our needs were. He was flexible with our schedule. He arrived within the time frame specified. He was quickly done and explained what needed to be done and how it was done in a clear and concise manner. I highly recommend him.
I wish there were more stars to give to Francisco and Summer Breeze Cooling & Heating! My heater was inoperable for two years straight and he resolved the issues quickly and professionally. He shows up on time and as soon as he can with his busy schedule. Francisco and his team are knowledgeable, skilled, smart, friendly, and kind. A couple times he had to drive to far-reaching places just to find one part to get the repair done. Most people don’t go out of their way to do this but Francisco goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are well taken care of. He recently fixed my heater but it was still acting up so he came back quickly to resolve the issue, literally the day after I told him. It was a lot of work but he and his team are so skilled and professional, it took them no time at all to resolve the issue. And now it works like it’s brand new! I highly recommend Francisco and refer his company to all my friends! Thank you, Francisco!!

Great Service from start to finish! Called them because our ac compressor would not turn on (temps outside were high 90s so you can just imagine how hot inside the house was) and they were able to squeeze us in their busy schedule in a timely manner. Francisco was great and knowledgeable and was able to fix the issue. Will be using them again for our HVAC PM.

Francisco was quick, responsive and had great service and customer service. Was in & out within and hour. He was fully booked but was able to squeeze us in. We needed a couple things replaced and he did it no problem. You guys will not go wrong with him. TRUST ME. Thank you so much, now we get to enjoy the fresh air in this crazy heat.
It was a pleasure replacing the AC system. This home repair wasn't as painful as the Service person was that NICE! THANK YOU FRANCISCO MENA. You can't tell work was done here.

Woke up to no hot water!! We had attempted to light the pilot ourselves several times with no success!! Called Summer Breeze Cooling & Heating/Frank said he’d be over quickly and he was! This was my second service request to him, first was several weeks prior to replace thermostat, which he did quickly and efficiently. New thermostat is working great! Frank arrived as promised and quickly got to work on determining the issue with the water heater. Frank got the pilot lit and water heater working! Frank stated, it was a temporary fix as a part was needed. Thank God for Frank and hot water! Frank quickly called the water heater company (Rheem) and ordered the needed part, which arrived next day! I HIGHLY recommend Summer Breeze Cooling & Heating/Frank. Temporary fix is still working! Thankful to have part on hand and ready! I will continue to call/use Frank for all my future repair needs. Thank you and God bless you Frank🙏🏼
Francisco did a great job of determining which ducts needed repair versus giving a quote for the entire floor. Very honest and reasonable quote. The repairs were done professionally, and the areas were left very clean. I'm very pleased with the work. Highly recommend.
Francisco Mena of Summer Breeze Cooling and Heating came to check the issue of my heat furness. The furnace control did not shut off the fan after I turn off the furnace thermostat. Francisco will take time to test and examine the problem to see what the cause was and found that my furness was not able to work efficiently and was unsafe to use. I will receive video of what occurs as Francisco explained to me about how my furnace reacts when it is turn on to show that it did not function in a safe way and was on its way out for safe central heat operation into the house. Francisco was really helpful, patient and informative. He show me the issue of what the problems was with my furness, and gave me the facts of what I needed to know concerning prices and models to make future replacement decisions. I have no doubt that I will call on Francisco to do the work in putting a new heat furness in my place when I'm ready to do that. Thank you Francisco
Francisco at Summer Breeze saved our system. I saw his ad in my newsletter, called and left a message. He called me back in shortly after, I explained what was wrong (my central heater was down and during the winter), we scheduled a visit,, showed up on time, looked at my heater and within minutes knew what was wrong. He needed to order a part, picked up the part, came back and installed it and needless to say, my heater is back on! He saved us tons of money on portable heaters and just piece of mind. Central heating is back online and I will be calling Summer Breeze for any and all my AC/ heat needs for sure! I would definitely recommend going with Summer Breeze …

Did An amazing job! We just moved here to Cali from Texas. We bought a home that had a lot of dust build up, having it flying around when we turned it on and cool air wasn’t evenly distributed through the house. On top of that, we learned they installed a new AC unit but left the old ducts as is. So they were torn, falling apart, and just in bad shape. We had all ducts, vents, re done, new insulation, our house fan Re-positioned and cleaned from the tons of dust build up in it, put in dampers and added a new vent cover. Very professional, detailed, and answered all questions or concerns I had. Our air flow is great! And breathing comfortably is so nice. I can tell the difference from all the dust(I was able to see it floating around in the light when we ran out AC) we were all previously breathing in. Fast service. Honest service, which is super important. Just Great all around. We Would recommend, and refer to anyone. We’re so satisfied with our amazing service!
Frank and his team did an amazing job in our Home. Our Air Conditioner was not blowing correctly and the air didn't distribute correctly in our home. What I appreciate most was that Frank takes video and pictures of all the issues and explained everything to us he laid out all our options and answered all our questions, they are very professional, clean and respectful of the property. After the installation our air is flowing GREAT we are so happy with the services we received. Frank is honest and fair. I would definitely recommend him. Summer Breeze will be our homes new cooling and heating company. Thank you so much!!!
