Matt and his guys are top notch. He helped me big time to get out of a jam and get our house warm again on the coldest and snowiest week this year. He was patient and knowledgeable and fairly priced. I recently had a service repair done by Subcool Heating & Air, and I recommend! My experience with them was definitely 10/10! Customer service was courteous, as well as the men that came out to repair what was broken. They were friendly and completed the job within a timely matter. Very professional.
Dishwasher - leaking Washer - leaking Pipe in bathroom - leaking Kitchen sink - leaking Only hot water in bathroom Both ACs/ HVAC leaking I mean... should I continue?
Not even a customer but received a call from this company yet received a call from them at 630 in the morning and when inquiring who was calling and why person quote rude and unprofessional!
Saw a recent review and the language that was used by this company to his customer was totally out of line and so unprofessional. I will save myself the hassle if this is the way you do business
