I would leave 20 stars if I could!!! Eddie helped me fix a problem over the phone and was just so incredibly helpful, thorough, and patient. I recently bought a property and while I’m not looking forward to dealing with things breaking, I am so comforted that I found my new AC repairman in the area!
If you need a new air conditioning system, Choose Sub Zero. This is the second home in which we contacted Sub Zero to replace our heating and air conditioning. Eddie, Matt, Michael and Kevin are the best. They tried to fix our old system before we decided to replace it. They are professional and courteous. They explained the workings of the new system and cleaned up after the installation. We can't say enough about them. Thank you.
First time I called they came out right away to fix the a/c. Second time I called was on a Saturday and got an answering machine, left a message, but didn't hear from them until Monday. They said they don't work on weekends! This is Florida where it's hot and a/c is a necessity. Last time I'll use them.
This is the only company I use for my AC. They are always so polite and professional, prompt to respond, and I never feel ripped off by them. If you are looking for quality HVAC service from a trustworthy company with fair prices, I highly recommend SubZero.
Quick, courteous service. Mike was fantastic. I had a blown fuse and a "smart" thermostat that was difficult, to say the least. Everything solved in 30 min. Thanks!

This company is the best! The personnel are extremely reliable, thorough, competent, and professional. They replaced an air conditioning system for us, and when the fan and motor assembly was not running to their satisfaction, they re-ordered the parts in a timely manner and fixed the problem. They have gone above and beyond in supporting their installation. Would highly recommend this company!
Fast schedule and super fair. Fixed my old AC versus trying to sell me a new unit which I know I'll need in a couple of years. I'd def use them again and once my AC breaks, I will call them to replace it.

Referred to me by my neighbor. They called me back within 5 minutes of leaving a message. Had a tech at my house in less than half an hour. Did some diagnostics on my system, fixed the problem and the cost was WAY better than I was expecting. Trustworthy company. They were professional and I would use them again.

3rd time I’ve used SubZero. First time was for a repair a few years back that I was quoted something ridiculous by another company. They came out fast and fixed for a very fair price. Second was for a new unit installation (replaced a 15 year old unit). Very honest as to what I needed (didn’t try to oversell sizing like several other quotes) and did a great job. Even asked them about those extended warranties and cleaning programs. They told me I didn’t need any of that. Called today when I got home from vacation and the unit was running but blowing hot. Eddie (the owner) answered and said all techs were out but he’d come out in 20 minutes. Came out to the house and fixed the unit under warranty (blown transformer - happens). No charge. Will use no one else and will call SubZero for all my needs. Highly recommend for all your AC needs.
