Company came out 06/11 and placed 2 pounds of freon. They never checked for a leak. We use AHS so I did a second service request on 06/30. There has been no response to myself or the home warranty company. I get that they may not like AHS, but they signed up as a contractor for them. It is 07/07 and still nothing. I would not recommend them evenly privately after this. You keep your commitments and contracts.

I was assigned this company through my home warranty company. They were supposed to contact me within 24 hours and I never heard a word from them. They would not answer phone calls and I couldn't leave a voicemail.

While they all appeared to be good people, I can confidently say that I would not recommend this business to anyone. I bought a home in January and when AC season started I realized that my system wasn't functioning properly. I called SUB Temp out to check my system, and they assured me that my system was repairable, and highly discouraged a new system. They replaced a few valves, cleaned my coil, and refilled my freon (Totaling almost 5k). After they were finished with the repairs they DID NOT replace the air filter. My system sort of worked for a couple days after the repair, but then it cooled off again so I didn't think about it. Once it got hot again I called them back. At this point they quit answering my phone calls and would just schedule an appointment whenever they felt like as soon as they declined my call. When they arrived they wanted to fill the system with Freon again which I refused, but I had to pay an additional $250 for them to pump dye through my system to check for leaks. After a week, and me calling them multiple times they eventually scheduled an appointment to check the cracks without my input on a Saturday. I had plans which I had to cancel to be present, and about an hour after they were supposed to be there they cancelled the appointment due to weather (It wasn't raining at the time but had earlier in the day, not sure why this would affect them checking my coil inside). After they finally came and found the coil to be cracked (which was likely due to them not replacing my filter and it freezing repeatedly), they said they would send me a quote, which to this day (2 weeks from them coming) I have still yet to receive. So to highlight -Spent 5k for absolutely nothing, in-fact system was broke worse than before they came -Never sent me a receipt even after I asked -Didn't honor the 1 year warranty for the work -Won't return phone calls or emails

Freddy and his techs saved the day! Even with using AHS he was able to get out to look at AC unit, pick up part, and come back and install within 3 days! The home warranty company kept telling me to wait and be patient and the other first company was doing the same. Sub temp is the way to go they will fix you up as soon as possible with no delays!

I gave you a 1start review over 2 weeks ago and you are now responding to it with this? AHS just ordered the part a day ago because it took you guys forever to send them the diagnosis report, this the reason the part just now got ordered. It’s been 3 weeks going on 4 weeks since my AC unit has been down. I didn’t write anything because I was going to wait till the job was finally completed to see how it went and maybe change my review and write something nice but since you responded with incorrect information I had to add a comment. I will wait till my ac is fixed and the job ticket is closed out, then I will either erase the comments & adjust the rating I left but if it continues the way it’s been going I will just add to it. Thank you!

This company worked on my Ac. I payed $800.00 for freon that leaked out after 3 weeks. Still under the 30 day warranty they provide. Now they do not answer or return my calls. Very disappointed in this company. Now I have to pay another contractor to fix the issue. I would not recommend them

I don't want to bash this business as it's family owned. The fact is, they came and changed a part and when that part didn't fix my ac they refused to take our calls and would never respond after 3 weeks. That's not the customer service I expect for my hard earned money.

This guy came over because I had a freon leak. HE charged me $477 for Freon at $105.00 a pound. My unit shut off within 48 hours. He was supposed to be back to find the leak in 2 days and repair it and took him a week later to get back. Never offered an apology to make it right or to do anything more!!!! I was so furious!!!!!
