Brandon has been caring for our cooling needs for several years. This spring, we decided to do an upgrade, and he developed a plan specific to our goals, and installed it. The quality of his work, and his overall professionalism, are outstanding. In addition, we are extremely pleased with the upgrades he made, and will continue to use his services. Highly recommend!!

Brandon exceeded my expectations! Previous HVAC companies had diagnosed the problem as a broken compressor and proposed replacement of the entire system. Brandon simply found that a bundle of wires had shorted out and shutdown the system. He replaced the wires for a simple fix and saved me a few thousand dollars. He is a winner!! They are also a small company so I think when you call them, you will have the owner, Brandon, serve the fix.

Nice only goes so far. I'm a handy DIY type person and wasn't able to determine why my heater/Nest thermostat kept throwing an error. Strong showed up within an hour, replaced a fuse (the heater came on), tested the system, and left within 20 minutes. Great, until the invoice showed up. First, $175 for "after hours/emergency trip fee", but this was on a Saturday at 11:20am and their website hours of operation say "open 24 hours a day". Fine, so long as it includes the repairs. NOPE. An additional $65 for replacing a $1 fuse and testing the system was operational. $240 total. If this isn't highway robbery then what is. I'm just sorry for all the people with zero skills at the mercy of companies like these that take advantage of them daily.

Our furnace went out on one of the coldest days of winter with sub-zero temps on the way. I called Strong Heating on a Saturday evening and Brandon responded immediately. He got it to work for the night, but after he checked in the next morning it went out again. We had to wait until Monday morning for the part to arrive, but he was at our house at 8am Monday morning and had it fixed in less than an hour. Great service and we're very thankful for Brandon for keeping us warm!!

Brandon did an excellent job installing four mini splits in my home. He was punctual, professional and worked hard to get the job done and he is very conscientious. I am so happy I chose his company to do the install. Very honest guy too!

Brandon the owner of Strong Heating and Cooling was excellent! He went above and beyond and I will only use this company for all my HVAC needs. My heat went out on New Year’s Day in sub degree weather! My daughter and her roommates were freezing! Brandon answered his phone, went out a few hours later and fixed the furnace. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and his prices are very reasonable. I’m so incredibly grateful I found him. I highly recommend him.

I don’t write reviews… an organization has to be outstanding to motivate me to write one. Brandon Strong is outstanding. Referred from a neighbor, he was here the next day when the AC went out on the hottest day of the summer, and the next afternoon after water began to drip out of the furnace and it wouldn’t start when it was 15 degrees. Each time, a quick fix, a friendly smile, and a great price (I tipped him the second time — he should raise his rates!). HVAC repair shops are catch as catch can… Brandon is just plain “a catch.”

I have used Brandon 2X- on time, professional, reasonable pricing! I WILL call again 10/21- Update: JUST received a thank you note from Jenny Strong- who does that anymore? Reading the reviews, it's no wonder Brandon is kicking butt on other HVAC service providers. I'll keep calling Brandon- hope he doesn't get too busy!!!
