Jordan has been awesome working with me through some HVAC issues and concerns at our new home in Richmond Hill. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is skeptical of the high pressure sales pitches you get from some of the very large HVAC companies.
Quick, prompt, highly knowledgeable, and friendly service! Jordan was nice enough to come out and do a late evening diagnosis, and the repair was completed less than 24 hours later. I would absolutely recommend them to friends looking for excellent A/C service!

Ditch your home warranty, call Jordan and his team. Jordan and his team are timely, professional and thorough in their work. Jordan spent time answering all of our questions. He was communicative about what they needed to do and when they could do it. He helped me understand the problem as a whole. His team replaced my entire ACA system in a morning and it’s worked great ever since.

I am new to Georgia with no contacts for repairs, maintenance and/or replacement of a heat pump that stopped working. I contacted three companies to check the system and quote repairs or a new heat pump. My neighbor had suggested I call Strickland HVAC. I called Jordan and he was able to come by the next day. Jordan's professionalism was fantastic. He took the time to explain how heat pumps work and answered all my questions, not once seeming rushed. When I asked Jordan for an invoice for his service that day, Jordan said, there is no charge. My thoughts.... WOW, that is a thing of the past. Excellent customer service! Jordan scheduled the install of my new Heat Pump, and it was installed and running 3 days later. I highly recommend calling Jordan with Strickland HVAC for all your heating needs. Rhonda T
I cannot recommend Jordan and his team enough! They did an excellent job replacing our ductwork in a fast and efficent manner. Jordan was very thorough in explaining what needed to be fixed in our situation and he delivered an incredible service at a great value.
Our heat went out over Christmas weekend and they came out and did their best to get it working until they could get the parts to fix it. They were responsive and professional. While they were here they noticed that our air exchange vents were extremely undersized for the size of our heat pump. So, I had them com back and replace one of our air ducts with a larger one so that our heat pump is now getting the correct amount of air. This time Jordan, the owner came and did the work and he was great! I am going to use Strickland HVAC for all of my heating and air conditioning needs going forward.
The first time I spoke with Jordan, he talked with me for 45 minutes on a Saturday, listening to my concerns, looking at photos of our HVAC, and talking through various options based on our needs and budget. In addition to an HVAC expert, he is a natural teacher, and helped me learn about brands, parts, cleaning & maintenance, upcoming changes to the SEER ratings and industry as a whole. When he saw our unit in person, he invited me to be present and talk through the diagnosis. He laid out options, and in comparing these to our four other quotes, he did not try to sell us things we didn't need, as reflected in the great price and tips he gave on avoiding common problems. He explained the specific reason behind each of his recommendations and fully answered all of our questions throughout the process. Once we made the decision at 9:30 p.m. two days before the coldest Christmas in Georgia in 33 years, he was able to orchestrate the installation with his team for the next morning. We were able to celebrate Christmas and have family visit our warm home thanks to Jordan and his team. He helped us resolve our issue in a budget-conscious way without sacrificing quality. He operates with the kindness, patience, and honesty of a trusted friend and knowledge of an experienced HVAC pro. I will highly recommend Jordan to anyone I know needed HVAC help. I came home to an AC system not working mid July. It was 86° in my house so I researched, found Jordan and called. He listened to me, asked some questions and said he'd come by to check it out. Well, as I suspected my old unit was shot. He provided several options of which I opted for a new unit. He ordered it and scheduled installers who came two days later, pulled the old system and installed the new one in no time. His installers are hard working, proficient and courteous. He keeps his costs reasonable and as a local small business owner, is very trustworthy. I plan to refer everyone with HVAC concerns to him. Thanks Jordan!
Strickland HVAC is a small business that provides BIG service. Mr. Strickland (Jordan) services our HVAC systems for preventive and emergency care. He is ALWAYS courteous and calls if he is running behind schedule. When he arrives, he carefully listens and gets to work. I like to peak over his shoulder and he does not mind. In fact, he puts on his teacher's hat and starts explaining aspects of the maintenance. He provides additional preventative recommendations, enhancement options (not selling) and just general exceptional service. Along with the excellent service, his prices are extremely competitive! Note: He provides even better service for his regular customer list. I encourage you to established with him for twice a year check-ups and use him for emergency situations.
Highly recommend!!! Had another company in the area install HVAC and with dismal help from them I found myself without heat in the coldest part of the year. Jordan’s service was above and beyond other companies around here. He was prompt and professional. Thank you for the fixed HVAC!
I called Jordan during a very hot GA week because my 80yo grandparents AC wasn’t working. Although they had a super busy schedule, Jordan and his tech Bobby made sure that my grandparents didn’t have to sleep in a hot house. Bobby was beyond professional. He answered all questions and had the unit back working in less than an hour.
I had another company that I have always used, to diagnose my A/C and was told my compressor was bad. I suspected they mis -diagnosed it, due to the fact that the A/C blowed cold when the compressor would come back on if I turned it off and back On, ect. Long story short, I called Jordan and he spent 32 minutes on the phone with me and confirmed that the procedures the other company used and diagnoses was correct, from the detailed information I provided him with, but would have test the system himself to be certain. He made me feel assured that the company I always used was being honest and I felt that I should honor my commitment to them for my repair. I offered to pay Jordan for his time and he refused to accept anything for a phone call. 32 minutes to a total stranger during his work schedule for free,WOW! I will recommend him to everyone and use him for future services. Thank you again Jordan, and God bless you!

Jordan came out on a Sunday within 2 hours to diagnose our AC issue. He was prompt, efficient, thorough, and took his time to explain what was going on. He even took a look at the whole system to make sure everything was working as it should. An honest and straight up guy! Highly recommend!
