Absolutely the worst! Do not do it! I have been passed to 3 maintenance companies with each being progressively worse. The latest being Strada, it took me telling the FPL agent to not get off the phone after explaining I have been waiting on a call back from the service provider for over 3 weeks when they had “connected me” with service support! I requested a supervisor to call me back and I have not received anything. If the service provider pushes you to the weekend, good luck getting FPL support. Called the service line at 7 pm yesterday after the maintenance tech made the issue worse, was told that they would be out before 11pm and when the service provider didn’t show up, FPL was closed and no one cared. FPL also doesn’t care because they have the wrong number listed on their contact us page, and doesn’t answer on weekends.

A different company installed the AC (they were great!) but we used this Stress-Free AC program from FPL for financing. The website is awful, it doesn’t show your overall balance or amortization tables and it doesn’t allow you to make extra payments online. You can request a buyout but the button doesn’t appear to do anything or tell you anything (after speaking with FPL customer service they said the request works it just takes about 24 hrs to send you a quote via email, but the website never tells you that!) Customer service was helpful so they got an extra star for that. For future users, FYI you can call and request an amortization table, takes 24-48 hours via email, and you can make extra payments over the phone if needed. Not exactly stress-free in my opinion.

I use this company to auto pay my loan on our new a/c unit. I’m trying to get the payment due date changed from the 15th every month to the 1st every month. I did not choose the 15th; it was chosen for me. I’ve been talking to supervisors since 4/17; it is now 4/25 and still no resolution . The customer service starting at the supervisor level is very poor. They don’t call back when they say they will, they beat around the bush, and it’s getting frustrating. As the customer, their response time is pathetic. I’m still pursuing my issue.

This company offered a zero down payment promotion which I elected for in lieu of using another company. After canceling a previous contract with them I was assured I would not be charged and the new contract would be honored. It has been three times now that they have charged $5300 to my bank account causing me to overdraft multiple times and causing a huge hassle with my finances.They told me they would be voiding and mailing my check back to me but never did. Completely unprofessional.
