Stratus is incredible! I called on a Saturday and Mike answered the call. He offered to stop by on Sunday because he knew he had a busy week coming up. He came on a Sunday and I had a quote 24 hours later. Not only was the quote competitive, he was the only one out of 3 other companies to even show up. I was given one other quote by a company that was much higher and was told they couldn't "squeeze me in for 3 months". We signed the contract with Mike and had our new mini split system installed and running within 2 weeks. He was on time and very professional. The unit was installed in one day. He even filled out all of the warranty information for me and walked me through the entire use of our system and how to clean the filter. He took his time to make sure we were comfortable with the unit. I have since had him back to do an annual service on my furnace and check a possible leak on my oil tank. Both times he was prompt and professional. I cannot say enough about this company. I've referred a few people to him because my husband and I was so impressed. We will be using Stratus from now on!
Stratus was a pleasure to work with. The owner Mike was prompt with installation of my mini splits and did an excellent job of removing the old mini splits. Mike is very fare with pricing and answered all questions I had. I highly recommend this company.
