We were having issues with our AC unit and someone else checked it twice but didn’t seem to resolve the issue. George came by and thoroughly explained what was going on. He is straight forward and gets the job done in the least amount time. He will stand behind his work with total guarantee. Superior service and excellent response! we couldn’t be happier with the expertise and promptness of his company. We can’t thank uou enough for saving our family from a scorching summer! You guys are the best!
The technician did a good job fixing my A/C unit. My AC compressor was not working and the fan was running only blowing the hot air. Moreover he came and fixed it on the same day. I am thankful for him for the service.
My AC unit was not cooling properly and I reached out to George on Thumbtack. Even though it was late at night, he responded right away and was able to come first thing in the morning. He was on time, communicative, and very friendly. After a quick inspection of what was wrong, my house is now cool and ready for the summer. I wanted to select all 5 of the great attributes, but ThumbTack wouldn't let me. So I would like to add punctuality and value to the already added professionalism, work quality, and responsiveness. George was on time, responded to my request for service promptly, and was very nice and professional when he arrived. I was expecting a much more expensive repair, but George determined that the major part that I thought needing replacement was just a problem with a fuse. George replaced it quickly and the a/c was working again. It was that quick, painless, and easy. I will be sure to reach out to George for all of my needed repairs from now on
George was a referral and from the moment we chatted, I felt comfortable and decided to go through him. He was on time, communicated well and overall kept me in the loop. His work was excellent, he replaced a aging system that we wanted to upgrade before Summer. While upgrading George noticed a potential issue from the builder, a pinched copper line, he took the time to rerun that section and did a fantastic job. He didn't cut corners, I poke my head outside and up in the attic a few times and they were taking their time, making sure things were done right. Great personality, great service, great company. I will gladly be giving George a call back if/when I'm needing any HVAC work again. Thanks George!
George the owner was the rapid responder to my HVAC system not working. He was professional in his approach and on time. He was able to troubleshoot the problem and make the repairs in a timely manner. His prices are extremely competitive and along with the quality of work his value is definitely worth it. I will be using this company for all my future needs.

George was recommended through family and he certainly did not disappoint! We needed to have our unit moved because we were having pavers installed and he responded the same day I reached out and came out to our home. We also had a leak and he came to remedy the issue right away. George is honest, reliable, and very responsive. Highly recommended!
Air conditioning just stopped working, thank God it wasn't extra hot, I called Straight Forward and George was able to come out same day, he explained that the motor for the fan on the outside thingy ( he used real terms) was bad, he was able to replace it within a couple of hours. I ask him about a smart Thermostat and he installed one for me also. I can't tell you how much George helped me out. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Of course my heater decided to stop working when it’s the coldest it’s ever been in California . A neighbor recommended Straight Forward. George listened in detail to my problem and had me do some trouble shooting myself. He was able to know exactly what was wrong with my heater and gave me a ballpark of cost. He told me he can come out next day between 12 and 2 pm. He was there exactly at noon and had me up and running within a few hours. The price he charged me was cheaper than the ballpark :). Great honest guy , great service! Thank you again!
